“We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Lodge Traverse condo. The pet-friendly setup and free shuttle into town were huge perks. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including pots and pans, dishes, a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and even two coffee makers. Some of those weren’t listed, so that was a nice surprise. The hot tub and pool area were also a great bonus after a day of hiking, and we appreciated the filtered water bottle filling stations throughout the……

“It's near the town. But I feel they need to clean it better. ”

“There were so many things wrong, I don't know where to start. There was one toilet paper roll in the room about 3/4 used, the TV did not work (they installed a Roku but it didn't work as well), the resteraunt was closed even though on their website it said it was. In the morning of our second night the water went out - no showers, could only flush the toilet once, etc. Please do not stay at this property!”

“Check-in was very efficient, but the staff was not very friendly. The room was enormous and seemed to be quite clean. However, it is very outdated. I.e. carpet was coming up in places the grout and the tiling snd the finish in the bathroom needs to be redone.. And I get that it’s tourist season, but a little bit overpriced for what it is.”

“Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty.”
