In the house: air conditioning, washing machine. 1 km long steep motor access. Parking at the house. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, shopping centre 20 km, bakery 2 km, pedestrian zone 2 km, bus stop "Almuñecar" 1.5 km, railway station "Malaga" 83 km, ferry "Malaga" 83 km, sandy beach "Almuñecar" 2 km. Sports harbour 3 km, marina 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 2 km, surf school 5 km, sports centre 200 m. Nearby attractions: La Herradura, Motril, Nerja, Marinas del Este, Granada, Alpujarras. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sierra Nevada. Hiking paths: Cerro Gordo, Sierra Almijara y Tejeda, Las Alpujarras. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Fullfilling expectations

For us, a couple that want to relaxed, the house fulfilled the expectations and we enjoyed it much. Easy to reach help if needed, very friendly. For a family or bigger group I would say it is a challenge due to size, otherwise all pictures and descriptions are correct.

Beautiful villa

Villa is positioned high above Almunecar and provides spectacular views. The position allows for sunshine throughout most of the day. The Villa has been beautifully and expensively decorated, with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. Excellent BBQ arrangement. Spotlessly clean. Lots of outside space. Accommodation is comfortable for two. A walk to the beach has to be by road and takes about 40 minutes there and a sweaty 50 minutes back! Next time I would take my Subaru!

wunderschönes. Anwesen, traumhafter Meerblick

Wir erlebten 14 Tage Erholung pur! Morgens zum Strand oder doch lieber Pool. Mittags in die Sierra Nevada (Wandern), Granada, Malaga oder lieber doch Siesta und Abkühlung im Pool. Abends durch die verwinkelten Gassen Almunecar’s schlendern und die spanische Küche genießen (Meson‘s sind unser Favorit) oder lieber die tolle Outdoor-Küche nutzen und den traumhaften Meerblick erleben. Dies möge jeder selbst entscheiden. Wir haben und kommen wieder!

Schöne Lage, tolle Aussicht. Außenbeleuchtung top, innen fehlte es an Tassen, Abfalleimern und Klobürsten, wurde aber von der sehr netten Beditzerin nachgeliefert! Klimaanlage ist im Wohnbereich und erreicht die Schlafzimmer nicht wirklich….

Maravilloso días de descanso.

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en la casa. A gusto, pudiendo descansar y desconectar del trabajo y de un año debido a la covid de bastante estress. Tanto I. que es la persona que nos dio las llaves y estuve a nuestra disposición en todo momento, como M. A. y Y. que fueron 2 días por la casa, un trato maravilloso. La única pega por poner algo es el camino que el primer día asusta un poco. Volveremos.

Sitio bonito, ubicación idónea para momentos de relax, pero el camino algo complicado, pero en general todo muy bien. Los dueños muy atentos y el servicio por parte de interhome muy profesional. En resumen ha estado muy bien para los días de descanso que buscábamos.

Fantástico

Casa fabulosa, la terraza es una maravilla en la que disfrutar y descansar. Las vistas increíbles. La piscina un lujo, el poder descansar después de un día de excursión o simplemente relajarte con estas vistas. La única pega que le veo es la senda para llegar, mucha subida y la última parte sin asfaltar. Pero vale la pena.
