「Room has not been cleaned, fan in the bedroom hasn't be cleaned for at least 5 years. The same as the fan over the shower, there hairs from the guests before on tiles and bench in the bathroom, shower & bathroom needs a deep clean to remove the dirt. The air-conditioning is in a window high above the sink in the bathroom which you can't turn on unless you are 7 foot or stand on a chair. Towels are so thin from use don't dry yourself properly. 「The only interaction was with the cleaner, so cannot comment on staff. The room was extremely clean and everything you needed was supplied. The balcony at the back was a bonus. The only complaint was with the blinds which had a gap between the two blinds, so the light from outside came in shining right your eyes.」

「The apartment is within 10 mins drive to the twelve Apostles which is very convenient. It is very near Cowes town where there is takeaways/ restaurants and supermarkets as well. Cowes beach is also nearby. The apartment facilities are clean and new. However, we are on Apartment 6 which means we need to drag our suitcases up 2 flights of stairs as there’s no lift. Also, there is only one air conditioner in the dining area and it can be rather cold at night in the rooms. 」
