A good property overall but it is advertised that there is air conditioning. This was a must have for our family and there is no air conditioning - there were a few fans and instructions about how to keep as cool as possible, however in the summer August heat this was inappropriate and despite looking for other accommodation when we realised the situation there was no other option but to stay put and cope with the situation.

Todo perfecto, la casa está muy bien, limpia y equipada. María del Carmen fue muy amable en todo momento, me gustaría agradecerle personalmente el trato que nos ha dado y lo atenta que ha sido. La casa bien. La empresa Verbo mal

La casa es muy bonita. La propietaria amable. Le falla la nevera que no enfría, le falta horno y lavavajillas y los colchones malos. El horno de leña una pasada!.. La agencia mal. Sólo cobraron una parte y la otra no sabían decirme cómo pagarla o cobrarla, un desastre que no me ha dado confianza y las fotos fatal. La casa es mucho mejor. Volvería a reservar pero con la propietaria directamente.

Situado en una zona magnífica, el alojamiento cumplía todo lo que decía el anuncio, María fue muy agradable y flexible con nosotras, el apartamento estaba muy limpio, y superó nuestras espectativas.

Schönes Haus - toller Garten

Das Haus samt Garten ist sehr schön, das Grundstück riesig und nachts ist es sehr ruhig, da es auch sehr abgelegen ist. Bis zum nächsten Laden oder Restaurant braucht man 10-15 min, über Straßen und Wege, die manchmal abenteuerlich zu fahren sind. Das Haus haben wir nur gefunden, weil wir Maria angerufen haben und sie uns dann netter Weise abgeholt hat. Googlemaps konnte mit der angegebenen Adresse nichts anfangen. Maria hatte per mail mitgeteilt, dass wir ab 16 h in das Haus könnten. Uns war nicht klar, dass das auch genau der Zeitpunkt sein sollte, an dem wir da sein sollten. Aufgrund eines Gewitters waren wir erst gegen 16.45 h da und Maria musste auf uns warten, weil sie nicht in der Nähe wohnt. Also am besten vorher genau klären, wann der richtige Zeitpunkt ist. Da sie zur Abnahme nicht kommen konnte, haben wir tel. geklärt wie und wo wir den Schlüssel für Haus und Tor deponieren. Leider war es im Oktober schon etwas frisch abends, so dass wir die Terassen und den Garten dann nicht mehr nutzen konnten. Drinnen gab es mehrere fahrbare Elektroheizkörper, die wir abends nutzen konnten. Nachts war es auch etwas kühl und die vorhandenen Wolldecken nicht so angenehm wie Bettdecken. Also Kälteempfindliche sollten einen leichten Schlafsack oder Wärmflasche mit nehmen. Gerne hätten wir auch noch ein Trockentuch für das Geschirr oder die Flächen in der Küche gehabt. Das Haus ist groß und schön eingerichtet, also keine spartanische Fewo. Den Pool haben wir bei diesen Temperaturen nicht genutzt, dafür sind wir den Caminito del Rey (Eingang 30 min. mit dem Auto entfernt) und in der Umgebung gewandert. Sehr spektakulär! Wir würden zu einer anderen Jahreszeit gerne wiederkommen.

Schön... aber mit kleinen Mängeln

Wir hatten dieses Objekt am Rande von Álora aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen und der einladenden Fotos ausgewählt. Und auch vor Ort erwies sich das Haus als ausgesprochen schön. Das Objekt als solches ist einfach wundervoll und ideal für einen gelungenen Familienurlaub (inkl. Kinder)! Alles ist liebevoll und geradezu detailverliebt eingerichtet. Allerdings waren wir von verschiedenen Dingen enttäuscht: - Die Anreise vom Flughafen Málaga aus gestaltete sich als überaus schwierig und war voller Hürden. María (die Vermieterin) hatte uns vorab die Adresse übermittelt, welche nicht vom Navi gefunden wurde und auch an besagtem Tag wegen Stadtfest-Straßensperrungen nicht ohne Einwohner-Kenntnisse zu erreichen war. Da wir bereits um 10:00 landeten, aber der Check-In erst um 16 Uhr war, waren wir sehr erschöpft. Nach langem verwirrenden Hin und Her schickte sie uns nach 16:00 Uhr dann ihren Sohn, welcher uns freundlicherweise mit seinem Moped zum Objekt begleitete. María war bei unserer Ankunft noch voll am Putzen, obwohl es schon 16:30 Uhr war. Sie hat weiter bis 17:30 saubergemacht, was alles andere als schön war, da wir sehr müde waren und das Haus beziehen wollten. - Aus Zeitgründen (?) konnte sie nicht alle Zimmer sauber machen bzw. für die Gäste vorbereiten, so dass sie uns ein kleines Zimmer zugewies. Wir wollten eigentlich das große Schlafzimmer mit Platz für die Kleidung beziehen, worauf wir auch ein Recht gehabt hätten. Aber nein, es ging nicht! In diesem uns zugewiesenen Zimmer war das Bett unhygienisch: die Matratze war nicht mit einem Materatzenschoner versehen und stank. Darüber hinaus hatte sie große schwarzen Flecken. - Wir hatten es María gesagt und auch gezeigt, daraufhin brachte sie hat uns auf Anfrage einen Materatzenschoner vorbei. Aber da die Matratze zu stark gerochen hat, sind wir doch lieber in das „unvorbereitete“ große Schlafzimmer umgezogen. - Am Anfang der zweiten Woche wollten wir frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Anstatt uns wegen der Geschichte mit den befleckten und stinkenden Matratze entgegenzukommen, hat sie uns entgegnet, dass für den Extra-Service der frischen Wäsche Extra-Geld zu entrichten sei. - Die Nachtischlampen im ganzen Haus waren bis auf eine alle defekt. Fazit: Das Haus ist sehr schön aber wir hätten uns mehr Aufmerksamkeit seitens der Vermieterin gewünscht.

Fantastic

We stayed her for 10 night with three children age 6 8 11 and what a fabulous time we had the photos don’t do it justice it’s stunning and overlook s the mountains , lovely peaceful area about 40 minutes to the beaches ,cable cars ,Selwo marine , . The owner is lovely and very welcoming the villa is spotless and as for the pool it’s just amazing the children were in it every day till late evening , I would highly recommend this villa and can’t thank the owner enough for the use of her lovely villa .
