"This is a great hotel in a beautiful location. The apartment was big and well equipped. The receptionist and the manager were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem with train reservations. They helped and did not give up until it was sorted."

"Das Haus ist groß und geräumig. Genügend Platz. Aber die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das Haus war sehr staubig, von der Decke hingen Spinnweben herunter und auf den Lautsprechern waren sehr dicke Wollmäuse. In der Beschreibung des Hauses war von einer Klimaanlage die Rede. Diese war nicht.vorhanden."

"A croire que le menage n'a pas ete fait : cheveux dans lavabo. Lavabo taché. Mini frifo avec bouteilles entamées. Serviettes bains usagées sur étagère. Couette et oreillers jetees en vrac sur le canapé.Micro ondes vieux et abîmé. Pas d'internet Je demande un remboursement des 45€ pour le ménage. Par contre propriétaire charant et pas au courant de l'etat de saleté de la studette."

Accès au centre de Valberg et aux terrains de jeux en quelques minutes à pied.Les informations d'arrivée et de départ pourraient être reçues un peu plus tôt."

"Hallo,wir hatten gebucht fur 11 nachten und hatte gehofft auf ein schöner Urlaub aber ..De Bilder sind bestimmt 10 Jahre alt.Pool war dreckig, Umrandung kaputt, Löscher im Folie dadurch fehlten 40 cm Wasser.PoolBeleuchtung so wie im Inserat zu sehen ist funktioniert auch nicht mehr.So keine schöne Abend beim pool.Alles ungepflegt, Gartenmöbel dreckig und alt und kaputt, beim pool und oben beim Terrasse.Wasser nur 19 grad trotz jede tag sonne weil es soviel wasser verliert und nachgefüllt werden...

"Maison ne correspondant pas aux photos et absence de certains équipements de l'annonce.... Pas d'états des lieux faits à l'arrivée et en sortie. Facturation d'objets cassés en sortie alors qu'ils étaient cassés à notre arrivée. Le propriétaire en plus d'être malhonnête est désagréable et insultant.Location à fuir"
