“Water coming down from the ceiling in our bathroom and AC didn't work. There was no fix for the AC and they offered to switch us rooms but it was already late at night. No other compensation offered but eventually agreed to have parking fee reimbursed. Not worth the $400+ CAD price. ”

“The hotel is nice and the staff were very welcoming. Unfortunately there is little open in the area in May and so everything is a drive away. The wind stopped us enjoying the pool and the possibility of going to the beach. The alternate trip to Almeria was good especially the free tour of the Alcazaba in Almeria.”

“Decepcionante, el hotel está viejo y estropeado. Lo único que merece la pena son los toboganes y el personal también muy amable. La comida del bufet también está rica. La habitación está rota, deteriorada y vieja. Los muebles rotos y anticuados. El sofá cama destrozado. La nevera y la caja fuerte de los años 50. Las piscinas sucias y masificadas. La taza del water picada. Óxido en bañera. Las cortinas sucísimas. Las sillas de la terraza desgastadas. La alfombra del pasillo intocable. El comedor……

“The location is wonderful, and my room was perfect. The breakfast buffet was delicious, convenient, and well-priced. The outdoor deck on the rooftop was also very enjoyable. There is nothing that did not meet or exceed my expectations. The staff were especially helpful in helping with luggage, answering questions, storing our bags after checkout, and arranging transportation to the airport.”

“A pet friendly hotel with most kind and helpful staff. When we requested to stay an extra couple of days they struggled with the computer but said - just stay , we will sort the computer out before you go . A great relief ! Will be staying there at Christmas too . By the way - perfect location.”

“we stayed for 7 nights at the exe almeria and have no complaints at all, its within minutes of all the cathedral and other sites worth visiting and there are many, the hotel is very clean and easy to navigate, our room was lardge and well appointed with a view of the pool and the Alcazaba, breakfast was great with plenty of choice and replenished frequently ,coffee, tea, cold cuts, cheese, serials, various types of bread, fresh fruit, pastries, hot selection ( bacon scrambled eggs etc) plenty to……

The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the city. “El alojamiento no está del todo mal, pero necesita actualizarse. Las vistas son bonitas, es tranquilo, las camas muy cómodas y el personal amable. Los peros: hay que coger el coche para todo, el horario de la piscina (de 10 a 19), no tiene mucho sentido, los ascensores tardan un siglo en llegar, la nevera no enfría y el aparcamiento es de pago. Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación la última noche porque caía agua en el baño de la habitación de arriba y nos compensaron con un desayuno en el buffet.……
