The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had for gluten free and lactose free. Lovely and clean, would highly recommend and certainly stay again."

"A very good location, in the middle of everything you might want to see in Hamburg. Hotel is well designed, well decorated, feels vibrant and cool. The availability of children playroom, a very nice restaurant, a rooftop bar and a huge shopping mall nearby makes it very convenient to stay here and just enjoy the trip. We loved it and for sure it will be our first choice next time we visit Hamburg!"

"The front desk person wasn’t super friendly and we were supposed to get a bottle of wine with our stay which we didn’t, but other than that it’s a great place to stay . The room was comfortable, good breakfast, and the washer/ dryer were sending us messages when the cycle was done :) good experience overall"

"Great location in Hamburg. Easy to get to the train station as well as the harbor area and other sightseeing. The room was beautiful and the staff was great. I was only there for one night, but I thoroughly enjoyed it."

"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. However, the AC is not that powerful (if that matters to you), so that it can get a little warm. The staff are amazing and the breakfast is very delicious (but a little pricey). Would definitely stay again."
