「Chelsea’s condo was clean and tastefully decorated. It is conveniently located, steps to the ski bus line. Chelsea is also a responsive host, which I appreciated.In her binder of information (unless the contents were revised since the time of this review) she asked to be notified of any concerns/needs to ensure a 5-star review.However, there were a couple of factors that warrant the rating in this review, and that could not have been remedied on short notice. 「The overall stay was great. The room rate was great, however combined with Zermatt resort fee and Expedia fee negated any savings. Cold water in bathroom sink didn't work, everything else was great.」

「Great access to the ski lifts and the multiple hot tubs and sauna/steam rooms were very enjoyable. Our second floor room had a great view of the ski jumps from our balcony. The room was quite dated and water pressure issues created a very loud and exhausting noise during the entirety of the shower being used. The ceilings were also very thin and we were woken constantly at night and each morning by the 3rd floor residents. 」
