「The apartment was spacious, very clean, new and comfortable. Well equipped with a kitchen and all utensils. The patio was fantastic. Hot shower and aircon worked very well. 24 hours security and very helpful front staff during office hours. Fabio speaks perfect English and gave us a lot of help about getting around in the city. 「Room was great. It’s a large size and very clean. Would be great for a longer stay. My only nit is the pillows were small and flat which made for a less than restful sleep. I would’ve asked for more if I were staying longer. Front desk staff at check in and checkout were super helpful. They were also accommodating for luggage storage before our flight. 」

「I booked a room showing with “City View”. However it is found out that the windows look towards walls of its hotels building, which is completely no view at all and differed from its advertisement. I asked for taxi pick-up a few days before through email from AEP airport but received no reply. I asked again during first day of stay but taxi didn’t show up and I have to call Uber myself at 2:00 a.m. The experience is very bad for me, even if I got a pleasant stay for the first day.」
