“Noise level was bad from the other rooms. People standing outside of rooms smoking. Check in staff was rude and not helpful at all.”

“I will start by saying the front desk person from my check-in day was quite nice and helpful. I wanted to change my check-out date but could not because I had booked through Expedia. However, they allowed me to check-in early as a way to help balance my loss of money for the last night. Additionally, I will say there was a sign qualifying the Wingate had recently been purchased and was under going a remodel. I wish I had been made aware prior to booking. “The room was hot, sticky, and smelly. I was planning on staying there two nights with some friends of mine and we did not feel safe in the area and ended up staying elsewhere and losing our money. The room had hardly any amenities, no hair dryer, no iron, nothing. It felt dirty and I did not feel comfortable at all there. ”

“The room was very clean the staff was excellent especially the Spanish lady on second shift I was unable to locate the hotel I had to call her three times and without attitude or any sense of anger she talked me right in to the hotel with no issues we were there for basketball tournament so we had early games so we ddnt get a chance to have breakfast…parking was ok but as to be expected with so many different teams and other regular travelers but overall it was a pleasant experience ”

“Disgusting. Everything looked old and dirty. Rust everywhere. Stains on the sheets. I didn’t even wanna shower. The staff was nice though, I will say that. The pool looked ok too. But the room itself was super gross”
