🏡 RELAXING COUNTRY HOME NEAR ALTURAS

Welcome to our clean, comfortable, and peaceful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home! We take great pride in keeping our home exceptionally clean and well maintained so every guest can enjoy a comfortable, quality stay.

Whether you’re traveling for work, visiting family, traveling with children, or simply looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind, this home offers plenty of space and privacy.

Located just 5 minutes from Alturas, the home sits on a spacious 1.5-acre property surrounded by beautiful juniper trees. Enjoy the fresh country air, peaceful surroundings, and frequent visits from deer, rabbits, and birds—all while being just a short drive from town.

🛏️ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests.

* Bedroom 1: King-size bed
* Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed
* Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed
* Living Room: Queen-size pull-out sofa bed

The primary bedroom has its own private full bathroom. The two additional bedrooms feature comfortable queen-size beds, soft linens, and plenty of room to relax and unpack.

Each bedroom also has a flat-screen TV.

❄️ AIR CONDITIONING

The home has brand-new A/C units in every bedroom and the living room, keeping the house cool and comfortable during the warmer months.

To help us conserve energy, please turn off the A/C units when you leave the house.

🔥 HEATING

During the winter months, the home is heated with central heating. We also provide an infrared heater in each bedroom for additional comfort.

The home stays warm and cozy throughout the winter.

Please note: The fireplace is NOT available for guest use.

💧 WATER

The home has its own private water well.

The water has been tested and is safe for normal use. Because it comes from a private well, you may notice some natural sediment in the water. This is normal for the property and does not affect its safety.

The kitchen is stocked with the essentials you’ll need during your stay.

You’ll find:

* Stainless-steel refrigerator
* Stainless-steel stove/oven
* Microwave
* Stainless-steel sink
* Keurig coffee maker
* 4-slice toaster
* Ninja blender
* Plates, bowls, cups, and glasses
* Cooking and eating utensils
* Basic kitchen essentials

The home has a spacious laundry room equipped with a Samsung washer and dryer.

We provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience.

📺 ENTERTAINMENT & INTERNET

Relax and enjoy 4 flat-screen TVs throughout the home.

Netflix and Hulu are NOT included.

The home has Frontier Internet and a selection of board games for family and friends to enjoy together.

A propane BBQ grill is also available outside.

Please note: Outdoor bonfires/fire pits are NOT permitted.

Families with children are welcome!

We have a box of toys, coloring books, puzzles, and other activities to help keep little ones entertained during their stay.

🌲 LOCATION & OUTDOOR SPACE

Enjoy the peace and privacy of a 1.5-acre country property while remaining only about 5 minutes from Alturas.

The property is surrounded by beautiful juniper trees and offers a quiet setting with plenty of fresh air.

It’s common to see deer, rabbits, and a variety of birds visiting the property.

Sit back, relax, and enjoy the slower pace of country living.

📝 HOUSE SIGNS & INSTRUCTIONS

You’ll notice polite signs and instructions throughout the home.

These reminders are simply there to help keep the home clean, safe, and comfortable for everyone.

We kindly ask that you follow the posted instructions.

🚗 PARKING

The property has its own private driveway with a large parking area, providing plenty of space for guests and vehicles.

🎥 OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS

For the safety and security of our guests and property, there are 3 exterior security cameras:

* 1 camera in the front of the house
* 1 camera on the side of the house/parking area
* 1 camera in the backyard

The cameras are located outdoors and are intended for property security.

Please do not adjust, cover, unplug, or otherwise interfere with the security cameras.

❄️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR WINTER GUESTS

Winter weather can create challenging road conditions, so please plan accordingly.

The property has a long gravel driveway that is not plowed. During periods of snow or ice, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle, or a vehicle equipped with appropriate tire chains, is highly recommended.

4x4 and AWD vehicles generally have much better access to the property during snowy conditions.

We are Not responsible if your vehicle gets stuck on your way to the house or you aren’t able to make it to the house because of your vehicle. NO Refund will be issued. Guests are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is suitable for the weather and road conditions during their stay.

🚭 SMOKING & VAPING

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home.

A cigarette-butt receptacle is provided outside for guests who smoke.

A $250 violation fee will apply if smoking or vaping occurs inside the house.

🐶🐱 PETS

No pets are allowed anywhere on the property.

An unauthorized pet will result in a $120 violation fee per animal, and guests may be required to leave the property.

🗑️ GARBAGE

For stays of one week or longer, please place your household garbage in the designated trash can located at the entrance of the driveway.

Waste Management picks up garbage every Friday morning.
