The place is nice, but the service was the worst I’ve had. We booked a triple room, but when we got there, it was a double bed and they said if me and my two kids stayed together in that room, they would call police and told us that the have surveillance everywhere. There was a couple beside us checking in that had a triple room and they were willing to trade with us, and they said no and that they would call police if we traded. I ended up having g to book another room in another hotel for 700euro / night for my daughter. Worst experience with check in EVER. Cleaning staff was lovely.

Leading up to our stay, the one staff person that was incredibly helpful and polite was the woman at the front desk. Beyond that I would not recommend this place. Resort is quite the over-sell. We booked a room that was for 4 people but only planned on 3 of us initially. My other son decided to join us and they charged us another 50% of the room cost! And, for that they gave an extra pool towel to use. Then after the staff left, we realized he didn’t even have sheets for the pull out bed - ridiculous. Finally the breakfast is all packaged baked goods, there was fresh fruit available.

Very friendly staff and great service. pool area was a bit run down (not a make or break, but could be so much more beautiful with a little TLC). Loved how close it is to the town center, but walking our suitcases up the hill was a LOT. best for young people and families that are active and dont mind the hills and steps.
