Amarillo Stay

On our way to Estes Park and needed a halfway place to stay. Perfect place for me and my husband. Very clean and cozy. Price was great and way better than any hotel. Highly recommend.

Peaceful Oasis

Off the beaten path, yet easy to get to this lovely barn apartment. The back deck is ideal for relaxing, watching the sunset, observing mule deer, road runners, etc. and listening to the birds sing. The hosts have paid close attention to detail while designing, constructing, and decorating this attractive and comfortable living space. It was the perfect place for us to recover from travel, to have easy access to explore Amarillo, and to regroup for the next leg of our cross-country journey.

I can’t tell you how much we loved staying here! This is the perfect little slice of paradise in a spot so beautiful, it will take your breath away. We were greeted by a bunny rabbit when we arrived & a deer stopped for a photo shoot as we were watching the sun come up while sipping our morning coffee on the expansive back patio. We made sure to turn off all the outside lights before we went to bed at night & took some amazing shots of the gorgeous clear night sky backlit with constellations, Jupiter & the moon. It may seem a bit of a drive to get to, but there are plenty of local attractions & options for dinner & entertainment nearby. Highly recommend & hope to be back for a longer stay!

We absolutely love Hidden Hideaway! So many great reasons to stay here! This is a super quiet, clean, beautiful place to stay! We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the patio. Great communication with the owner and we love to stay here when in Amarillo!

Restful Hideaway

We didn’t get to stay long as it was more a passing through stop for us but it is an unusual and lovely place. They have decorated and provided for an enjoyable stay for all their guests. I really enjoyed seeing and hearing the bird activity in the morning.

High plains of Texas experience

Seeing the mule deer in the evening and at sunrise was a special treat. Accommodations were clean, complete and comfortable. Especially appreciated how easy and fast it was to communicate with Host on the VRBO website.

Peaceful location away from interstate

This was nicely appointed apartment with lots of touches for a pleasant stay. There is a nice porch to sit and enjoy the view morning and evening. Very comfortable bed.
