Come stay in this peaceful three bedroom, two bathroom townhome. Spacious living opens to dining and kitchen. One bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. Main Bedroom upstairs offers king size bed with bathroom and large closet. Patio for your pets to take a break outside. This property can be booked as a two bedroom with one bathroom for a fee of $75. Close to I-27 and 20 minutes from Canyon. Come enjoy some peace and rest after a day of hiking at Palo Duro Canyon, Rte. 66, Cadillac Ranch, Big Texan and many other famous tourist hot spots.

Townhouse

The townhouse is "older" in an established neighborhood. We loved the location in southwest Amarillo. The property was very clean! There was great water pressure in the bathrooms. The listing should remove the statement about there being a garage. No garage door opener was available. I sent a message to the owner about the garage and the owner never responded to my message. That was disappointing.
