"What a uniquely charming little place. The staff are always friendly & we loved the courtyard with stairs going every which way & balconies a plenty. I guess it’s deserving of its name. "The view of the waterfalls from the hotel is out of this world. The food is very good and the waiters provide a wonderful service. The only problems were that the rooms were a little cold because the doors leave space at the bottom and on the sides that let the cold air in. Also the information about tours is not very good. The tour to see the Cobb in the rocks was amazing. Felipe us a great guide. Miss the view of the Gocta waterfall already."

"El peor hotel que halla reservado, 1 la recepcionista no tenía ni idea de las reservaciones por internet, además se excusó de que es el internet y que siempre pasa eso, ósea espero como 40 minutos. 2 el gerente del hotel me dijo que los precios que se da por internet no son reales y que no valen, me dio su nueva tarifa de precios muchos más elevados que los que ofrecen. 3 además que La página hoteles.com no tiene su autorización de realizar ofertas con ese hotel. 4 la atención fue pésima...

"Chachapoyas is a little place, and it was nice to find a nice hotel. Aside from the neighborhood rooster, it was very peaceful and a good walking distance from the town square. Someone had clearly invested quite a bit in renovating what looked like a formerly nondescript building. It's a great base of operations for seeing the Kuelap and the other many sites in the area."
