「Room was clean and breakfast was wonderful. But the elevators did not work well and the reception area was always overcrowded. There were also no amenities like a little snack and general amenities like pain medication and shaving cream to buy easily. Coffee in the room would be nice.」

「Selected for convenience for a late night flight arrival. Considering late check ins are common, perhaps this could be speeded up a little as everyone is very tired! Staff not the friendliest but this is a high turnover hotel so understandable. Otherwise exactly what was needed for the situation. Price of mineral water a little unreasonable.」

「For this high end style resort, it was not worth the money. The food, which was included was poor to mediocre quality and very tiny servings. The service was mediocre, constantly forgetting details like a spoon for your coffee or always needing to be hailed. Not attentive at all for this caliber place. A general lack of amenities like no jacuzzi, sauna, gym, etc. The rooms are nice. Again, for the money, very disappointing in general. We have stayed at many other places at half the cost but...
