The room they stored my luggage in had bugs because when i retrieved my bags and was allowed in my room they were crawling all on my belongings. With no notice they take a photo of your face and you have to scan your face to do anything there, the restaurant, the pool,the elevator your room its annoying...

「Staff was so accommodating and patient with our limited Spanish. Very friendly and patient while we mucked through the language barrier. Make note that there was English speaking staff there, but Google Translate is a beautiful thing and we worked together to understand each other that we were super appreciative for given our Spanish skills were low.
