“Our stay at the Dock House was definitely more GLAMPing than camping. We had a great breeze which allowed for us to sleep with the windows open and no mosquito net needed. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have experienced in Belize. (We have been traveling to Belize for years and typically stay in places under $200/night). We had breakfast both mornings and really enjoyed it! Very peaceful 2 days up north. 10/10 recommend!”

“The property didn’t appear to what it looked like in the picture. The air conditioner above the bedroom wall was leaking on to the bed and my head where we sleep multiple times. The room gets hot in the middle of the night. We notified the staff and he tried to fix it but he stated it had to be fixed when we check out. They also need to update their cookware. The beach water had seaweed all over it. We couldn’t get in the water. They had to replace the coffee maker which was not working.”

“The stay was perfect. The house was excellent for our group in terms of the amenities and location. Best of all, the property manager was the best I've worked with- she went above and beyond to help us book tours, return our golf carts, and even recover a missing credit card. Couldn't recommend Babylon higher.”

“Firstly, Darryl, the property manager, does an exceptional job. He didn't just meet us and hand us a key. He personally gave us a tour of all the facilities and included a free Rum Punch at the wonderful TIKI bar on the premises while he gave us tips about the area. He also arranged taxis and a snorkeling trip. He was always available to handle anything we needed. He is the best property manager we've ever had. I gave the Property Listing only 3 stars because VRBO is confused about the actual……

“We traveled as 4 adults - and stayed 2 weeks. Accommodations were as advertised. Manager and Staff - went way above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. (Including supplying us with fresh coconuts right off the tree in front of our unit. Keep in mind this is NOT a hotel... these are VRBOs so the expectation is that you can figure stuff out and do not have to be waited on. While we were there we did witness a party who did not seem to understand this and expected to be waited on, and to be……
