Tucked away behind traditional stone walls is a real gem of a property.  This extensive four-bedroom house is surrounded by superb gardens, and fell views from every window.  The ground floor rooms open out onto a terrace, with generous room to spread out and ample room to gather together for family meals.

Please note:  A damage deposit of £1000 is required for this property, which we will request just prior to your arrival

Dogs are welcome at Fells (maximum of two)

The garden is completely enclosed, but please keep an eye on your dogs and ensure you clean up after them before you leave.  Please note that there are various steps and levels around the garden and terrace so care is required.  There is currently a small pond in the middle of the garden, which has been fenced off for your safety.

This is a No Smoking property - please do not smoke or use vapes in the property.

Please ensure you leave the property tidy - all dishes etc in the dishwasher and rubbish bagged up in the black bin liners provided. Used towels to be left in the bathrooms - please do no leave wet towels on the beds.
Please also ensure that you clean up any dog poo in the garden and lock up the house and return the keys to our office.

When you book we will ask you for your email details and send you the checking in details directly. You will be picking the keys up from our office
