It is literally half a block from our now favorite bakery located on the main pedestrian street in the village. “This was a great stay! It was luxurious to have so much space! Conveniently located to all the attractions in Amboise, and a winery a literal stone’s throw away. One downside was no internet or wifi, and within the house the signal was poor- had to pop outside a few times when internet was needed. We would definitely stay again! ”

“Francoise was a wonderful host and though she didn't speak English and we didnt speak French, Google Translate meant we we were able to communicate perfectly satisfactorily.The house is rather quaint but it's delightful, was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. It is located on the outskirts of Amboise so you will need a car to get anywhere in the town or the area. Amboise is close to numerous chateaux and wineries and the house is an excellent base for day trips in the Loire……
