"The hotel was in a fabulous setting in an old monastery. Notwithstanding its age, it had been modernised sympathetically and had the benefit of historical features with the comforts of modern age. We have stayed with Parador hotels before in Salamanca and feel they offer great value for money."

"Really well appointed room with large double bed, great view and separate part with tv and seating. A few minor niggles, sensors and timers not working well in car park/by lifts, and a few bits missing in room (soap, spoons, glasses). But overall very good value for the quality of well kitted and immaculately clean accommodation."
