Lovely attic apartment in a central location in the middle of the mountains and close to the lake

Warmly furnished 2 room attic apartment with partially low ceilings, approx. 185 cm in living room and bedroom, in a beautiful old village house from 1914 in a central location in the middle of the village of Amden. Pet are allowed. Immediate proximity to the chair lift (5 minutes walk), swimming pool, public transport and shopping opportunities. In the basement there is the possibility to store and dry skis and ski boots. The Walensee can be reached in 8 minutes by car, by bus in 10 minutes. The buses run every half hour to the Arvenbühl chairlifts and the Walensee in the valley

Furnishing:
Living room: sofa bed, internet, TV, DVD, built-in closet, chest of drawers, shelf
Kitchen: Fully furnished. Fridge, toaster, fondue and raclette set, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, stove and oven.
Bedroom: double bed, dressers and wardrobe. Bed linen is included at the price.
Bathroom: shower, towels and hair dryer

Since this is an attic apartment on the 3rd floor, it is important to know that it has no elevator and the ceilings in the living room are approx. 185 cm high due to the construction in the living room and bedroom. People over 185 cm tall have to pull their heads slightly. Kitchen, bathroom, hallway are normal high.

Schöne Zimmeraufteilung, die Zimmerhöhe ist zwar nieder (ca.1,70m) in manchen Räumen, doch so steht es ja in der Beschreibung. Wanderwege hats genug in der Umgebung, und Glarus-Stadt ist gut mit dem Auto erraichbar.

Mit viel Herz gestaltete Wohnung. Zu geringe Höhe der Deckenbalken haben zu 2 Wunden am Kopf geführt (unter 1,70m). Zugang zur Wohnung ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig (enge Bodentreppe und mit Gepäck eine Zumutung) Die Gegend ist wundervoll und die Schweizer wie jedes Jahr ausgesprochen nett.

Wir waren für eine knappe Woche zu dritt (mit unserem 7-jähirgen Sohn) dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind super nett und haben an alles gedacht, sogar Kaffee und Tee sind inklusive. Man braucht also nur sein Öl und seine Gewürze mitbringen, ansonsten ist die Küche super ausgestattet mit Spülmittel, Spülbürste, Geschirrtüchern und allen notwendigen Utensilien, sogar einer Salatschleuder. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Das Appartement befindet sich in praktischer zentraler Lage. Alleine schon der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer Fenster garantiert eine entspannte Erholung. Im Appartement selbst, befindet sich alles was das Herz benötigt. Ein großes Lob an die Eigentümer, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist aber für drei Leute eher eng und die Decke ist sehr tief. Wir wurden freundlich von den Karls empfangen und auch während unseres Aufenthalts waren sie sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar.

In Amden verbrachten wir eine tolle Woche. Die Unterkunft von Martina und Alex war einfach wunderschön, gemütlich und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Übergabe vor Ort hat super geklappt. Da wir mit ÖV unterwegs sind haben wir die Nähe zum Postauto und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sehr geschätzt. Diese Wohnung kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Schön, durften wir das alles Kennenlernen.
