I stay here all the time when I come to town. I walked into the room and I had to call down to the front desk twice within 15 minutes. There were no towels to shower, and the TV didn't work. They immediately came up and serviced my room. When the maintenance guy was in my room, I also had him change the light bulb on the makeup mirror. When I got in that night, I realized that the standing lamp's bulb was out and that's why it was so dark in my room. Again someone came up and replaced the bulb. The next day when I went to take a shower, the dial to turn on the heat lamp over the shower was broken. It would just spin and spin and spin. I reported it but that never got taken care of. On the last day I was down to only a few squares of toilet paper. I looked around. There wasn't another fresh roll anywhere. These were all minor things. I would still stay there again. The maintenance and staff workers apologized and were helpful.

The room and hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel was located in the best spot. I would definitely stay here again.

Ideal stay as this place is in the middle of everything so it was a great blind pick. So being in the center of everything means you will hear ambulances like crazy however, you can walk to many places easily. The hotel itself is nice and well kept up in common areas. Not all rooms are as kept up/maintained- other than changing sheets and replacing towels, as they should be. Kept up meaning, touching up extreme nicks and natural wear n tear that occurs when hundreds of people are in and out constantly. Keeping things maintained and fresh seems ideal as this is what is advertised online so it is expected. The issue with my room was quickly rectified by a male staffer at the front desk. He was quick and extremely efficient in handling my situation. I appreciated the fantastic customer service. I did not use room service but there’s a fantastic restaurant as you enter the hotel. Very nice.
