Our bathroom while showering creaked so bad we thought we were gonna fall through. The tiles on the floor in the bathroom is cracked and coming off. Behind the bed we saw an old towel with stains and so much dust back there. The hotel is in serious need of renovation and seems like they are currently in process of it. Hopefully it is cleaned better when renovations are done and people can rent out the new rooms. Front desk is amazing. I wished I would have gotten the girls name when we checked in. She wore glasses and has short hair. Super nice. What ever we needed, she made sure we got it right away. We are from out of state. She was very friendly. It made us feel safe, welcomed and comfortable.

This property was awful. The front desk gal wasn't welcoming and said about 4 words to us in total while we were checking in. The property is under construction and we had no idea. The Expedia website said there was a bar in the hotel, which is a big reason why we chose this place. There was a bar area, but it wasn't ever being used and looked like it was closed for good. The pool was closed the whole time we were there too. Also, our toilet clogged and on our way out our first morning they said they would clean the room and fix the toilet. They made the beds BUT DIDN'T FIX THE CLOGGED TOILET!!! Worst hotel stay ever. I would like my money back. Also, the breakfast is a joke. Dry bagels and cereal. Nothing else.

This is an older hotel and not up to the standard you'd expect from a Radisson. The property is currently under renovation and is transitioning into a Spark by Hilton. There are signs advising guests to keep the drapes closed. During our stay, the hotel felt unclean, and the bathtub made loud noises while showering. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

There was no hot tub and the breakfast was expured yogurt, bagels, instint oatmeal packages, and gas station muffins. The pull out sofa had no bedding and they had none to offer or extra pillows for the pullout. The bathroom grout was very nasty and unprofessionally done and there was limited hot water.

This property was a bit dated which is fine as long as it’s clean. I cannot say that our room met any cleanliness standards, from the toilet having spots on it to the flat surfaces like the desk having very visible grime and smudges on it. This made me question what else was not clean and made for a not so relaxing stay.
