"Check in was fast, easy and contactless. Host was communicative and responsive. Location was excellent for what I needed. However you are right downtown and you can hear everything going on outside on a Friday/Saturday night. Room was sanitary but not clean. Definitely needed a good vacuum, dust and deep clean of the bathroom. Overall, it was not a bad place to stay for a quick budget friendly trip. "

"I recently stayed at the Prince Arthur Waterfront Hotel & Suites and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The first thing that stands out is the location. Situated directly on Thunder Bay's waterfront, the hotel offers beautiful views of Lake Superior and the Sleeping Giant. Waking up each morning to that scenery was a real treat and made the stay feel special. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Every interaction I had, whether at the front desk or with housekeeping, was pleasant and professional. It's clear that customer service is important here. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping provided fresh towels daily and kept everything spotless. After a long day of exploring the city, it was always nice to return to a clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was included with the stay and, while not extravagant, it was more than adequate and represented excellent value. There was enough variety to start the day off right without having to leave the property looking for food. Another advantage of this location is the number of nearby dining options. There are plenty of restaurants within easy reach, ranging from quick casual meals to excellent fine dining establishments. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a memorable dinner overlooking the waterfront, you'll find plenty of choices nearby. What impressed me most was the overall value. "The listed amenities are present and functional although there is usually only 1 outlet section available in the room and the outlets in the washroom. The room and washroom were clean although they did not look well maintained (the walls had scratches on them and the tub was stained). The beds were comfortable enough although I suggest bringing your own blanket with you because the sheets and duvet cover are very thin. The TV has cable and it works and depending on the room you can connect your Google Cast device to it too."

"When we arrived at Thunderbay we were having problems with our cell phone connecting to Wifi and by time we figured it out which didn't take long, Mike had already responded back to us. The response time was better than expected."
