「This cottage was beautiful and set up with everything one would need. The inside is comfortable and clean. The outside deck is perfect - it’s large and partly covered so you can sit there all day plus there’s a huge yard which is peaceful and private. Communication was great and check-in was easy. 「We booked this very spontaneously and could not have been happier with the house and the city. We came from the Detroit area and in less than an hour and a half we were in a quiet beachside paradise. The house was perfect for two of us and a dog and its location ON the beach was more than we could have dreamed of. The beach was clean, and our hosts provided plenty of wood for bonfires. 「The description of this rental does not do it justice. There is a truly lovely, if partial view of Lake Erie, that encourages relaxation on the ample deck. Most importantly the mattresses are all comfortable, the shower head has good pressure, the whole place is clean, the location is convenient to the North Shore wineries and the hosts are LOVELY! It is hard to find a nice comfy place that is pet friendly and we so appreciated this one. Thank you Jeff and Denise Ps the photos do not show this...

「This was the perfect place to stay on the island, as far as we were concerned. The view of the sunsets from inside the spacious living area through the patio doors was magnificent! The deck area just outside the doors was a wonderful place to have an evening meal or have a drink while looking out at the lake!」

「We stayed here for the 4th of July weekend. The hosts were wonderful. The location was great, less than 15 minutes to everything we needed. Only 7 minutes from the riverfront area park where you can rent scooters, walk, fish, just enjoy the river and see Detroit. The house had plenty of room for our family of 5.
