Few things to be improved for a 4 star hotel, but I had a very nice stay. Personnel is very nice and helpful. Hotel is clean and rooms are nice. Breakfast is ok. The quality/price ratio is very high in Amman.

Good stay and location.

We stayed 2 times in the hotel. We had an nice stay. Sometimes there are weddings in the garden till 0000 a clock. Breakfast is ok. The only thing is that the Breakfast staff are very slow. There where like 4 people butt working slow and not looking or somebody needs anything. The housekeeping lady does a great job. Cleaned the room verry good.

Reasonable hotel in diplomatic area

Good staff, but hotel itself is rather "yesterday". Tired, heavy furniture etc. Location is good for quiet streets, but seems to be a long way from anywhere unless you are a diplomat. There is a curious and expensive "duty free" shop in the car park. Other reviewers complained about breakfast. It is actually not bad, but like the hotel, needs sprucing up and being better presented. The place just needs some love and some money. The staff are very helpful.

Quite and relaxing

I just used the hotel for sleep and shower. It was really quite and relaxing. 2 minutes walk to a main road but far from any market or mall. The staff were nice and helpful.
