Very descent and safe place at the heart of Amman City. Staff very respectable and helpful. Cleanliness was ok but can do better. Photos are realistic. I still think it is overpriced.

It’s so noisy to stay there, bed sheets were dirty, as well as towels + but the worst thing is there is a specific smell of chemicals coming from AC I think. The breakfast is average. The only plus is it’s close to Roman theatre, cittadella and downtown but one night is more than enough

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, situated right in front of the Roman Theatre—a truly beautiful area, though it could benefit from more consistent cleanliness.
