非常棒的住宿經驗,服務非常好,飯店也很好找,早餐種類雖然沒有很多但親切的服務實在是倍感貼心,還會主動詢問是否要現作的餐點及飲品。另飯店提供自助式洗衣機及瓦斯型烘衣機,讓我可以在旅程中洗衣服並且烘乾不用擔心洗完的衣服曬不乾,房間非常大且乾淨真的不輸其他知名品牌的飯店,住在這裡一晚我非常滿意,床也很好睡,被子蓋起來也很舒適

Beautiful stay here! Walkable to rainbow street, and taxi can easily collect you to go further. Rooms were really comfy. Room service was delicious. Breakfast was fantastic. We'll definitely stay again.

Wonderful hotel! Clean, close to everything and lovely helpful accommodating staff. Rooms are spacious and the pool area is also lovely. Room service menu is delicious! Everything was perfect.

The Hotel is very Nice , i was upgraded to a gigger room as VIP Expedia customer . HEBA at the reception is a very nice person . Service at the restaurant is excellent , and breakfast buffet is rich. will come back again .

breakfast is not up to the 5 stars hotel, noticed flies in the area, poor selection of items, Bathroom shower leaking outside shower area, made a pool at the bathroom area no mini bar items in-fridge or outside no floor ice machine Curb hotel entrance is dirty and side walks needs to be painted, seems never been done room windows are dirty, could hardly see outside Tv is not tilted in any direction, so if I am in bed, it is not easy to see tv, some fixtures is not fit correctly and not professionaly, example: fixture in the kitchen area (light hanging on the table) not properly affix and there is paint on the side of it. some other light fixtures are NOT affix to the ceiling. One huge problem and I don't know if I didn't see it, or it is not there, but could not find any USB connection in the room, which it amaze me that first class hotel does not have. TV is confusing to use, and too many channel selections and if there is, it is not so helpful for anyone. Few other things, but it is enough for now. thanks

Very comfortable and safe hotel, nice and helping staff, awesome breakfast and their helpful staff (got us hash brown the second day as well upon request and reheated our leftover food)! The room service is efficient and appreciated the free 24-hours laundry/soap!

Elegant hotel, comfortable bed, fantastic breakfast (American, European, and Middle Eastern options). What really stood out was how kind and accommodating the staff are. I arrived from my flight well after midnight for a one night stay; they let me check out at 3pm the next day so I could sleep in, have breakfast, and walk Amman. I felt very safe and taken care of!

I was upgraded from the studio l booked to a one bedroom which was great. I had also requested a room with a nice view and was placed on a high floor with a view over the downtown. The property itself was excellent and had all the amenities you would expect of a good hotel. The location is in a very good area with nearby supermarket and many food options a short walk away. It was also quite close to the downtown. The service was excellent throughout the hotel nothing was too much trouble for the staff to organise. This included transport, directions and tours. The staff arranged a personal tour of the remote Desert Castles which was excellent. The pool & bar area with expansive views of the city was a great place to unwind in the late afternoon. Overall I would highly recommend a stay.

Très bel hôtel et un super rapportqualité Prix !
Très bel hôtel situé non loin du centre d'Amman. Très grande appartement de 75m2 (N°303) avec une chambre, un salon, un coin grand cuisine et une belle salle de bain avec une très grande douche. Dommage que dans cette surface, les architectes n'aient pas pu faire un WC séparé ! Lit très confortable, deux TV, mais seulement TV5 monde, car France 24 en Arabe et Anglais ! Belle piscine au quatrième, aurait mérité quelques mètres de plus en longueur. Transat et serviettes à disposition, ainsi qu'un bar. Attention le soleil disparait vite en fin de journée ! Bon petit déjeuner buffet. Diner et vins un peu plus limité mais OK pour un soir ou deux. Personnels très serviables et accueillants. L'hôtel peut fournir voiture et chauffeur de classe, pour la visite d'Amman et les principaux sites, mais les taxis, seront moins couteux et moins classique ! Ajoutons que le rapport qualité prix de cet établissement est excellent !

This was a wonderful property, close to Rainbow Street shopping. The room was a nice, large size and the staff was so accommodating. The breakfast had a wide variety of yummy food. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great service and amenities! Actually had soy milk for those who are lactose intolerant And a gym - although I didn't have a chance to use it. Only issue was the water pressure and lack of hot water in the beginning but they came by and they fixed it within a couple minutes. I would definitely stay again

Best hotel in Amman
Nice modern and clean hotel very close to all the attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. I reached the hotel around 9 am, they allowed me to do early check in.
