İlk olarak Buca'lı Yaşar Bey'e tekrar buradan tesekkur ediyorum, her zaman her talebimizde rahatımız ve konforumuz için yanımızdaydı. İkinci olarak otel'in aşçısı şefi efsane ötesi yetenekli bir adam, hamburger harbiden el yapimi kofte ve izgara, çupra kocaman porsiyon ve ızgara, kalamar tava yunan adalarinda böyle bulamazsınız, kendisine tekrar eline saglik diyorum. "There was no shampoo in the bathrooms, the remote for AC did not have batteries and it did not work well. Telephone needed replacement. You’d expect any of these to work seamlessly in any decent hotel but it took several request to get these straight here. The food, particularly desert section, was great. The town, scenery, sea was great."

"Çalışanlar ilgisiz, karşılama, uğurlama yoktu. Asansör yoktu valizleri 4. Kata çıkarmak zorunda kaldık. Odadaki klima çok yetersiz ve dolap içinde ekstra battaniye pike vs yoktu. Mini dolap hiç soğutmuyordu. Kahvaltının fotoğraftakiyle ilgisi yok çok yetersizdi. Aile oteli gibi görünüp kesinlikle vadettiğini sunmayan bi hizmet. Biz çift olarak hiç memnun kalmadık, tavsiye etmiyoruz."
