Yassem made a difficult situation for my mother and myself bearable. We left the Netherlands early due to her my mother’s pneumonia. He assisted us with trying to find a physician as well as transport to the airport. When the driver did not arrive on time, Yassem drove us himself. He assist ed with the loading of heavy luggage as well as removing it. The hank you so much Yassem for going he extra mile!!!!

Leftover food was found inside the microwave oven. According to staff, no plastic bags for rubbish bins, the so-called Marriott Standard. Poor housekeeping, with no cleaning until filing a formal complaint. Complimentary breakfast and fruit plate were given after I repeatedly complained (5 times in 3 days for a 5-night stay) to front desk staff due to multiple housekeeping issues. Disappointed with such standard of service by an international hotel group.

The overall property was nice. The pool was great. The hotel portion is nicer then the apartments. There was no soap to wash dishes, only one dishwasher tablet, which seemed unreasonable to wash a few plates in a full dishwasher after our one night stay. I questioned the cleanliness of the cutlery, as we had to clean a few prior to using. The room smelt and there were stains on the comforter. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the apartments. Overall fine, but i would stay in the hotel portion next time over the apartments.

Das Hotel an sich ist gut. Das Personal freundlich. Leider war vorher nicht klar, dass eine Kaution bezahlt werden muss. Und die Kosten für den Parkplatz sind utopisch hoch. Habe für 2 Tage fast 50 ^Euro bezahlt. Das grenzt an Abzocke.

The hotel has every potential of an excellent place. It is nice modern has a lot of facilities but the service is bad. Staff is friendly but they dont know what going on. They keep say oh sorry sorry but nothing improves. All the time we had to beg for housekeeping. If they came they just make up the beds a little. They dont speak english or dutch. If you tell or ask something they stare at you like an allien. Very bad. We will not stay there again. There are much better options around the airport.

Wie konnten erst später 1 stunde später im hotel einchecken da das hotel zimmer angeblich stark verunreinigt war vom vorherigem gast. Wir haben ein zimmer mit 4 personen gebucht. Im zimmer waren aber nur 2 betten. Nach viel hin und her wurden uns zwei klappbetten ins zimmer gestellt

Det var et super godt ophold, dog var der lidt problemer med kommunikation, hvor de havde trukket nogle penge de ikke skulle. Det blev løst og pengene blev returneret. Vi fik også et værelse forkert, da vi fik tildelt et 2-mands værelse til 4 personer. Det blev også løst, heldigvis.

Very nice quiet and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the location is so far out from everything that you are captive to the Corendon restaurant, which is buffet style, constantly crowded and requires reservations for rather mediocre food.

The accommodation was nicely decorated and very clean. Unfortunately, the location was not so good; it took a long time to reach the city center (about 40 minutes). The check-in process was a disaster due to the employee Gyorgy. He denied us our already booked quadruple room and wanted to assign us two double rooms because he claimed there were no more available. After an hour-long discussion, colleague Kandi assisted us and found a quadruple room, which is strange considering Gyorgy claimed there were none left. He was extremely unprofessional, unempathetic, and arrogant. Kandi handled the situation well and was professional.

Dear Baris, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I am sorry to read that the check-in didn't went in a pleasant way. Sometimes it occurs that we can't provide the reserved room. If we know it in advance, we contact the guest to discuss the alternatives. When it happens on the day itself, we are obliged to give a similar or better room, and if needed with a compensation. We were indeed short on Quad Apartments, so we had to choose some reservations (with 4 adults) and offer them 2 twin rooms in our main building. In this case it is better than reserved, because the 2 rooms are more expensive than the apartment, more space and two bathrooms instead of 1. When there are other reasons for choosing apartments, we try to find a solution on the spot. Gyorgy just followed the steps of procedure, which was prepared for your reservation. I can assure you that we do this only when there is no other option. It is possible that there was an unexpected check-out that popped up. I am happy that Kandi noticed it and was able to offer it to you. I hope you enjoyed your stay and I will personally thank Kandi for her professional handling. Convenient, helpful and friendly
We had originally booked an apartment for four of us to stay in as we were celebrating a 50th birthday. When we came to check in we were told “sorry, we have double booked you and you now have 2 separate rooms, but they are near to each other”. We were so disappointed, but not much we could do as no more rooms were available. When we went to our rooms they couldn’t have been any further apart ! It was now late, so I left my grumbling to the morning and spoke to Jill the receptionist who was absolutely marvellous and so helpful and apologetic. We were given breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience. Overall we would all stay here again, the hotel and apartments were comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the free shuttle bus that runs every 15 minutes took us straight to airport where we were able to get the train straight into central Amsterdam. Would recommend

Great place to stay with handy bus shuttle to and from the airport. Big apartment room with full kitchen was great. Only small piece of feedback would be to equip the room to make cooking in the kitchen a little easier - oven mits, cloth, oven safe dish etc... Other than that everything was wonderful.

We did two visit with a break in between - Day 1-3 - perfect (not spotless and roof is dirty) but general was very good, and bigger than expected - the spa was lovely and the free shuttle service really helped The 2nd 4 days was disappointing, dishwasher didnt work for almost the entire time which meant I couldnt cook . Asked for soap and sponge which took 3 days to arrive

I can also see that at the 10th and the 11th of August Maintenance 'fixed' the dishwasher, but apparently you still couldn't use it. Reception offered you free breakfast as a compensation and apology. Please trust that I will discuss this matter in our management meeting, to make sure those things will be handled more accurate in the future.
