We have a excellent experience here
It is a very nice experience. Hotel location is near the traffic center and close to the sightseeing spots. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would like to award praise to the lady (prepare the breakfast everyday). She is so kind so nice to my son. The bed is a little soft but still comfort for sleeping well.

酒店與火車站的步行距離大概10-15分鐘。員工有善有問必答。早餐一般。 此單人客房的床與街道之間只有一塊落地玻璃的阻隔，玻璃與床之間只有一白色及一深綠色的窗簾布遮擋，客房雖位處內街但街外的汽車聲、行人的說話聲在夜闌人靜時特別響亮，而且，一塊玻璃擋不了外面寒冷的天氣(雖然房內有暖氣)，感覺不太安全。

房間面臨馬路和河道，因是大片玻璃窗可直接看到中央車站和河中的中式餐廳，不過歐洲的酒店床墊普遍偏軟，他又把上墊分兩層，很容易翻下床，哈哈！

除了沒有冰箱，嚇了一跳之外，其餘的都非常不錯 房間浴室也非常乾淨，入夜後雖然旁邊餐廳還繼續營業， 但卻不吵鬧 櫃檯人員也有很棒的微笑，

Double Charge !!! Please take care everyone.
I had a booking on April.12 via Hotel. com. And we did travel to Amsterdam and stayed Fine Seasons for 2 nights. We choosed to pay cash in Hotel that time.The reason why we choose to pay by cash is we want to save the inernational transaction fee and the currency issue.Therefore, we paid all of charge by cash. But recently i received the credit card receipt, the hotel charged the fee again. Today,we received the reply from Hotel.com. You said that we only pay the tax by cash. It's not make sense. We choose to pay part of by cash and part of by credit card. We Checked in around 9 pm ~10 pm on 6/18. Could you please check monitor from your hotel and check the balance and revenue that day. You will find out the truth. This matter really cause an inconvenience for us. We hope you can investigate it AS soon as possible and refund the payment soon. The confirmation number : 805980938729.

Never have I been in a room so small. It felt like a prison cell or a rehab. Two small pillows, no sheet, just a quilt, there was no place to put luggage, the entry door could not be opened all the way because it hit the bed and the bathroom door blocked the entry door. You could barely fit in the elevator. There was painted over water damage on the ceiling and wall. HORRIFIC! kudos on angling the camera shots - TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION. STAY AWAY

Cosy but need improvement on cleanliness
It is a nice cosy hotel. We got ourselves a triple room but the shower room has a pee odour when we arrived. Location is great very near to train station and shopping street.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. Only negative is the ultra soft mattresses. It was like a soft sponge. Rooms aren't huge but good enough to get back from a long day out to relax. Breakfast was basic but adequate.

Perfekte Lage und schönes kleines Hotel. Zimmer relativ klein, für nen kurzen Aufenthalt aber komplett ausreichend. Uns haben nur die weichen Matratzen ein bisschen gestört, trotzdem würden wir beim nächsten Besuch wieder hier buchen.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, okay location. Nice bar beside but is loud during the night. Cleaners are good but didn’t change our bedding during our 4 night stay. Nice hotel.
