地理位置非常方便，位於交通樞紐區，有公車、地鐵及火車可以搭乘，如果以台北來比喻的話，就是板橋站的概念，比起阿姆斯特丹市區高昂的價格，住在這裡的性價比非常高，很推薦 房間內有廚房設備，鍋碗瓢盆杯一應俱全，入住的房型有洗碗機非常不錯，整體清潔程度也很好 美中不足的是連續三天洗澡洗到沒熱水，飯店人員說熱水用完了，需要等待30分鐘，建議確認有熱水再洗澡 另外淋浴間的排水洩水較慢 這些問題改善的話就很完美了

The stairs in front of the reception are too bad , unconventional, I fall down the stairs when I carry luggage . Tourist always have heave luggage then have to carry gown the stairs. It’s so terrible >_<

Bad Experience
Hotel located near the Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station which is convenient. I could see a lot of comments complaining the noise but I think the noise is acceptable. I think is a bit ridiculous that we were told that facial tissue is out of stock but not just for a day, facial tissue was out of stock for a week until we the day we left. The hotel room is big with a kitchen, but there is no table/ shelf besides the bed which is inconvenient. There was insect in the washroom, the water of the shower head was not strong enough and we were provided with a plastic tooth mug. No make up room service and alleged that we placed "plant more trees/stay away" tag outside the door which we didn't.

The room is soundproofed in the hotel and the train stops running at night. The tissues were indeed not available for a while which left us with nothing, fortunately, this was later rectified and we immediately restocked all the rooms, sorry to hear this inconvenienced you. We are also sorry to hear that you did not find the room layout convenient and that you found an insect in the room this can unfortunately get inside when the window is open. The next you can report this to the 24/7 reception then we could have looked for a solution. If you hang a a tag on the door you will indeed not get cleaning. 附廚房的房型很方便,但因靠火車站近,有時列車聲會有點吵, 另外自助洗衣的使用方式未標示使用方法,一旦發生問題只能 找櫃台人員幫助,不是很方便. 除此之外沒什麼好挑剔的，整體來說算是CP值高.

clean and tidy, a bit distance from the city centre though. Dislike about the perfume they have for the whole hotel. It is way too strong and my nose is feeling bad throughout the stay. Staff are helpful and willing to change another room for me to 'stay further away" from the perfume. Appreciate that.

Too noisy. This hotel basically don’t have sound proof. Why will you stay in a hotel that you can’t sleep. Just stay away from this hotel.

We stayed for two nights in the excellent hotel. This hotel is perfectly located nearly the station and the facility is great. We can prepare the simple dinner in the room.

Good experiences!
Checkin the double bed room face to the railway, bit noisy. And the pillow bit strange is square shape. Remember prepare your own dental kit. Close to railway station get a day trip ticket go to centre location simple and easy. Room nice sun shine too!

我訂的是Superior Room卻被安排在電梯旁邊的房間，在房內都可聽到電梯移動的聲音，我是淺眠的人，晚上必須得靠耳塞才能睡覺。 廁所實際大小比網頁照片還小，滿傻眼的，但有乾濕分離且乾淨，算是比較安慰的一點。 房內有小廚房，是我當初選擇這間飯店的原因，可從火車站內小超市買食物回飯店加熱吃。 飯店位置離火車站走路約六分鐘。

當初看網評很好 才選這間服務式酒店， 因為要在阿姆斯特丹待上兩個星期。 我們選的房型算大住起來舒適 但 house keeping 的清潔工作很馬虎， 浴室的殘留污垢沒掃， 用完的廁紙也沒補充， 尤有甚者， 有二天我們在外返回旅館時已經下午五、六點了， 居然還沒有打掃我們的房間， house keeping 其後姍姍來遲說人手不夠.....這是我旅遊30年來首次碰到的經驗， 印象超深刻的⋯

雖然不在阿姆斯特丹市區，但這裡交通非常方便，反而有暫離塵囂的安靜。每天早上去市區玩，熱鬧無比，晚上回來飯店，週遭極為安靜，覺得心情可以沈澱下來。 飯店很新，房間很乾淨。唯一美中不足的是沒有附設餐廳，早餐要走到對面餐廳去吃...但這裡生活機能很好，有超市有餐館，不多，但是對旅人而言已經很足夠。 房內有流理台、微波爐、冰箱、電子爐、鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全，自炊也很方便！ 如果下次再來，我還會住這裡！
