house keeping need to improve
When I check in, I live in room number 620. I found out that there is a empty water bottle in refrigerator. I kindly tell the reception desk this situation. The second day, they clean well. Then house keeper manager knock my door and ask me any question. I siad everything is fine. Because of fly cancel, so I book one more night. I went to supermarket to buy some pasta and wine. When I finsh my eating, I put the plate on the desk. The next day, when I back in the evening, I saw plate still there and glass which I drink last night no clean, just put on the desk. Then I take the used plate and glass go down to reception. The house keeping is really very very bad. If it is samll hotel, I have no words to say. But it is Hyatt. The most famous hotel in the world.

酒店设施很好,但是服务员有点麻瓜。出示了科兴的双语疫苗证明,可以入住酒店但是不能吃早饭。

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The only negative point, was that the shuttle bus was not wheelchair accessible, despite being advertised as such. However the hotel did agree to pay for taxis to and from the airport.

Die Unterkunft war im Ganzen zufriedenstellend. Das Frühstück war vielfältig. Es war für jeden etwas dabei. Die Parkgebühr von 19,50€ pro Tag fand ich etwas teuer. In der Umgebung gibt es das Einkaufszentrum Hoofddorp Winkelstad, was wirklich sehr schön und praktisch ist. Im großen und ganzen könnte man das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

It’s was clean, quiet, beautifully maintained. Felt like an oasis, esp after some of the other hotels we stayed in. The property is not very convenient for public transport or walking but has half hourly shuttles to the Schipol airport ( free if you are a member).

The room was really nice and spacious which I loved . The shuttle to airpot AMS runs every half hour. It was very convenient. But any other public transport is not around the area and u have to take a sprinter to go to Centraal , so remember that. I was disappointed with the breakfast. For 17euro per person food was by far basic. The juice was squash actually. I felt ripped off. Staff is amazing though. Really helpful and always with smile

Plötzliche Zusatzkosten von 50€ für die Endreinigung, da wir einen Hund dabei hatten, obwohl das Hotel sich „haustierfreundlich“ schimpft. Im Restaurant durfte man mit Hund nur in einer Ecke sitzen. Parkplatz mit 20€ pro Nacht unverschämt teuer!

Cleanliness was good. Room condition great. Staff professionalism very good. Front desk staff aren't very competent though - be sure to double check everything they do and read all details on any receipts they give you. I was charged twice for city tax and early checkin fee, but after a few emails I got a refund.

Free airport shuttle service, clean, well-maintained, friendly front desk people, good breakfast. Wish the same free shuttle service back to airport is provided. No room bottled water.

I did not get the room I booked via Expedia. I got a twin room when I paid for a king bed room. There was no usb ports anywhere to charge my devices and I would have to purchase an adapter to be able to do so. Also I am both a UVC and Hyatt loyalty member and the only perks I got was a free shuttle ride to / from the airport and a drink vocher. But the hotel was clean although bare bones amenities and the staff was great and helpful when they could be.

Very nice room, lobby, and amenities. Clean and organized. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very close to a train station, bus stops, so you can get around easily. Only concern is the construction around so it seems like it’s hard to walk from the hotel

We stayed Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport for 2 nights. We arrived late and had not eaten dinner - although restaurant was closing for the day the staff prepared a light meal for us. Really appreciated their flexibility &!food was delicious. Breakfast was included with the stay, and it was excellent - with a large selection of choices to accommodate all dietary requirements. Negative - website indicates that there is free shuttle transportation available from airport. While this is the case for travel to the hotel, the website neglects to indicate that a return trip from hotel to airport is not free, but incurs a charge of 7.50 Euros per person, and the distance between the airport & hotel is too far to walk and public transportation is limited (and too far from the hotel). Website should be more transparent

This is a great hotel at a very convenient location close to the airport. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable, the staff is very friendly and the parking is easy and convenient. All around a great stay if you need to stay close to the airport.
