超友善24小時櫃台 早到可寄放行李
第二次入住得到轉角的房間，空間很大舒適，兩邊的有窗很棒。 24小時的櫃檯人員，友善親切笑容滿滿，進出的人很多音樂相關產業都很可愛，真的很喜歡這。 不過如是有表演的日子，還是會聽見隱約鼓聲，所以在意這方面的人可以先確定有沒有活動。

Q Factory 訂房系統不好,住了4晚要退房時,竟然要求我付4晚的房間錢,我告知: 已經在Hotels.com 付清,並告知要趕飛機,櫃台竟然也不理會,慢慢處理...還好,我當初有印紙本的訂房確認書,才讓我離開..酒店本身房間也算簡陋

Clean, new but the facilities is horrible
This hotel used to be a factory as you can tell from the name. I have never been to a hotel with such weird structure. To get to my room on the 4th floor, i havd to take a lift, go pass 4 doors make like 3 turns, then walk up 1 level on a metal staircase, while carrying my 20kg luggage. It’s painfully inconvenient. The room has minimal facilities, just 2 mugs and some towels. Their is not even a kettle or hair dryer.

We understand that it is quite the journey to get to the hotel, especially with heavy luggage. We do hope you understand that the minimum facilities have to do with our industrial interior and style. 與搖滾明星音樂人住隔壁的 旅店
出入的人都是音樂人，每每擁有明星氣質或是臉龐，前台的人也非常和善，如果敲上對的檔期，能聽玩ㄧ場絕佳表演，帶著酒意上樓完美入眠。不過浴室有點過暗老人較危險。 隔間是層層木板所以容易聽見隔壁與走道聲響，怕吵的可能需要耳塞或是多喝幾瓶啤酒囉。對了很近的超市什麼都有，啤酒選擇超多超便宜。倒是每層無法供應熱水要下去酒吧裝，或是外國人都不需熱水哈。

有點失望
位置偏遠，設施也一般，沒有水杯，幸好新開，清潔度也不差，最深印象是廁所的燈光很迷幻。裝修很像工廠大廈改建，與照片有點出入。門口號碼燈罩壞了也沒人修理，還有清潔人員可以無端開門進來。晚上會有點嘈，因為有音樂。幸好前台服務人員不錯，也可寄存行李

Leider hat unser Zimmer schrecklich gerochen. Nach der Beschwerde bei Rezeption wurde gesagt, dass erst am nächsten Tag eine Reinigung stattfinden kann. Leider kam niemand.

Camere molto piccole,c'è lo stretto indispensabile ma è pulito e i letti,nonostante siano 2 singoli separati anziché un matrimoniale,sono comodi. Vicino alla stazione quindi comodo per gli spostamenti.

The soundproof ofrooms was not so good. For a Family Person Its not too nice hear neighboor rooms sex act over the Wall. Also under the bed are was not cleaned. Otherwise no complaints.

Property was really quirky. Room was warm and clean and we got fresh towels every day. Great shower! Loved the bar and food was great. Staff were really friendly. Loved my stay.

I would give it a 0 but I can’t so I am giving it 1, avoid this hotel at all costs. In Amsterdam is a freezing weather now and the room didn’t have AC and I got very sick, also it smells terrible inside the room like a mouldy smell, the room didn’t have any hair dryer and also there were bugs. The reception staff had an attitude , the only normal people in the hotel were the ladies working at the bar. Very expensive for the facilities it offers. Avoid

hotel verblijf prima maar lawaai uit de buurt
De hotel en de verblijf was prima en mensen waren ook aardig en vriendelijk maar de enige problem was de overlast van jongens op de straat de hele nacht stond in de parkeerplaats naast de hotel en speelde muziek en hebben heelveel lawaai gemaakt door de hele nacht. Konde niet goed slapen. Ik hoop de hotel staff zal deze oplossen in de toekomst

Very noisy outside every night in an otherwise quiet neighbourhood. Local teens arguing loudly and revving car / motorcycle engines until 4 or 5 in the morning meant I could not sleep with window open, which was necessary as it was hot and the air con was not man enough to cool the room. Very basic fascilities, unhelpful staff in the restraunt. Would I go back? No.

War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Hotel hatte man seine Ruhe, was man von den Straßen nicht behaupten konnten, weswegen Fenster offen lassen nicht immer für einen durchgängigen Schlaf möglich war. Alles in allem, hat es mir sehr gefallen und ich würde wieder kommen.

Excellent place for us to stay at. Room was cute and perfect for what we needed. Only thing was there was no air conditioning and the bathroom was too dark. Lift also wasn’t working so had to lug our heavy suitcases up 6 flights of stairs. Housekeeping was done every day! Great place to stay for the price point.
