接駁車非常不便利, 前台職員友善程度差異很大! 我有遇到非常好的職員 但也遇到非常糟糕的職員 當我搭不到接駁車我嘗試打電話到飯店 飯店櫃檯小姐 她不斷掛斷我的電話 因為他們在機場的接駁車搭車指示非常不清楚 司機也不友善 要注意有二家RAMADA 連司機都說不清楚自己是哪一家 這是我非常不好經驗的部分! 其他整理來說 還不錯 但當你需要拖著行李遇到這些事 就是能免則免了 祝大家旅途平安

We should have been allowed to unload our luggage in front of building not drag from parking lot. The handicap ramp should be by the front steps, not where we could not see it. There should have been a refrigerator and microwave in room.

This was a great hotel, close to the airport. My only problem was with the bath towels in my room. They were scratchy as though they had been sitting for a long time after being washed.

This property is outdated, and, despite the name, not all that close to the airport. They offer a shuttle, but you have to pay for it. The rooms were extremely hot, which made it difficult to get a good rest. Next time, I will just stay at the Sheraton or the Hilton and avoid having to pay for a shuttle.

The staff are very polite and helpful and always seemed to be smiling. I stayed with my 5 yr old granddaughterand everyone was very kind and attentive towards her/us. The facilities /swimming pool was great and much needed after a long day walking. We used the hotel transport everyday and had no issues. We had an awesome comfy kingsize bed in a clean room with coffee and tea making facilities. The bathroom had a bath with overshower which for us was fine. The only negative is the price of breakfast for a 5 yr old, it is the same as an adults which is a mega expensive bowl of cereal and a glass of juice. If I come back I will stay here again.

De accommodatie was op zich goed, maar het inchecken was dramatisch. Nieuw systeem werd de schuld gegeven, maar de koppeling met betalen werkte ook slecht En je kan enkel met pasjes betalen . Clean and close to the airport. If you just need a place to spend a night between flights, this is a great option. The sauna was a fantastic bonus for sweating out some of that travel residue after a long flight. There’s nothing to see or do near the hotel, but the city center is only a $30 Uber ride away.

The staff was impolite, they wanted to take our money twice even though we had paid our reservation. Otherwise we had our receipt and they tried to fool us. We waited there almost 40 minutes, which was unacceptable for us as we were with little kids. It was one of the worst experiences with the staff.
