這家飯店大致上說都很好, 唯一令人不高興是最後一天要 check out,所以要睡飽 , 但早上八點多就按門鈴要清潔服務 令人生氣! 不能 check out 之後嗎 ? 管理有問題

Stylish and relatively new in Amsterdam
Firstly every morning at 830 I got disturbed by a guy who keeps knocking on my door. If I ignored him he will keep knocking. If I respond he will move on to my next door and keep knocking others door. I think this is super rude. I cannot peep through the door hole as the door hole was installed at the height of nearly 6ft 3 ! The door hole was apparently wrongly installed by the contractor from the beginning. It happens to every room and I have observed. This is ridiculous. I have changed room for this 3 nights stay for the reason that the shower tube was broken. There are holes that I need to press while I shower so that water won’t leak out. I think this is ridiculous to have happened in a 4 stars Hotel. The water pressure is low like raining lightly. If I change the shower head to jet - the water cover area gets smaller. No heater in shower room! I changed room due to the above reasons. However the shower tube in another room is again broken!!!! I cannot be bothered to change room again to have to pack my stuffs all over again. The room light is forever dark. I cannot work on my computer except on the bed which is so inconvenient to me. The shower door is installed only half. Despite the low water pressure the floor will get all wet after shower this is super annoying !!!! And should not have happened in renaissance hotel for the price I have paid. The tv not expecting greetings but - it always shows welcome to Samsung Hotel. I think this is ridiculous.

nice location, great service
the club lounge was great, the service was great, there's a big supermarket close to the hotel, close to Amsterdam Centraal which is very convenient, breakfast was lovely, Wi-Fi is super fast. However, we think the bed is way too soft.

アムステルダムセントラル駅から徒歩数分のところにあり、ロケーションはとても良かったです。ただ、なにぶん建物が古いため今リノベーションの最中でしたが、ちょっとしたトラブルもありました。洗面所のドアをしっかり閉めると中からは開けられるのですが、外からはうまく開けられず、夜中にトイレに行きたくて起きてそのドアを開けようとしたらなかなか開かない!15分くらい深夜に夫婦でガチャガチャやっていたら何とか偶然に開いたのですが、こんなことは困ります。早急にチェックして直す様に朝フロントに伝えました。スタッフの皆さんはいつも笑顔でとても感じが良いと思いました。

Comfortable bed and linens. Room was a bit crowded. and hard to move around - barely room around the bed. Breakfast area was crowded. Carpet seemed old with spots. Some noise during the day due to current hotel construction. Within walking distance of the Central Station. Great concierge service.

Voyage d’affaires d’une nuit
Séjour d’une nuit pour un voyage d’affaires. Accueil très aimable et chambre prête en fin de matinée. C’est très agréable. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Le seul vrai bémol concernait le petit déjeuner avec du personnel peu aimable et une qualité de la nourriture qui laisse à désirer. L’hôtel était en rénovation totale mais l’impact n’était pas trop conséquent.

The hotel was under construction so it was a bit noisy! If I was a manager, I would give some perks to guests for their inconvenience like one free breakfast or something. The staff was great though and did everything in their power to make our stay comfortable. Hats off to the front desk person who took care of my stay and room. We even received a free bottle of wine and dessert to celebrate our anniversary. A big shout out to Ahmed and Laurens, the concierges, they were so willing to help make our stay more eventful! Tourist be aware, there are pick-pocketing going on on the public trams. This ruined part of our trip and we were not able to take exceptional pics with our IPhones.

The property is under construction, making it impossible to sleep off the jet lag. Not great if you need to take a mid day nap. I am sure once it is finished it will be nice but for the price it is terrible. Also the water temps were never consistent. The price wasn't great. And there was no view, unless you consider the construction a "view".

El Hotel esta en remodelación. Primero nos dieron una habitación que tenía artículos de otro huesped dentro, una chamarra, periodicos, pantuflas a pie de cama, una botella de agua en la mesilla de noche que se estaban tomando. Luego nos cambiarón de habitación a otra con el aire acondicionado descompuesto. La descripcion de una cama king size no cumple con la medida de 1.80 m de ancho, son mas reducidas, tipo una Queen Size. Al final nos movieron a una habitación sin ruido de obra y con una cama Queen Size, la cual tenía una medida un poco más corta del 1,50 m, creo que no deberían usar medidas americanas si los standares no se cumplen. En general la pasamos mal. Muy poco valor vs precio.

Not great due to renovations
The hotel is currently under going renovations which means there is a lot of noise during the day leading to a confusing layout of the hotel, no real bar or coffee area which is a shame. The hotel needs the renovation but when booking via Hotel.com it would have been nice to have been notified as I would not have booked. The rooms are in need of the renovation. Not the best Renaissance hotel I've stayed in.

Skuffende, skittent og bråkete!
Hotellet renoveres, men dette er uansett ikke i nærheten av å være 5 stjerner. Vi var ikke fornøyd, kostnadene stod ikke i stil til standarden. Hjelpsomt personale da vi va om å ikke bo der den siste natta.
