Clean & Beauty place. Poor customer service. Total reserved for 3 nights. On the first day, the front desk guy promised me I can stay in the same room for 3 nights. Unfortunately, they asked me to change the room on the third night. They need me to check out before 11AM and re-check in after 4PM. Very uncomfortable for us. It took more than half hour to solve it. Wasted our pleasure time in Disney :(

The breakfast is okay. Lots of options, waffles are amazing. The amenities are great for kids and adult's. We had to utilize the laundry facility, (dryers do not dry very well.) And the gym was nice. My only complaint about this hotel is the parking. The spaces are so narro. It is very difficult to park while also keeping in mind that you might have passengers I need to get out and the cars in between you also need to utilize their own doors

This hotel was fun and very much could be a nice place to be with the kids. But unfortunately 2 out of the 3 nights the hallways were filled with smoke and the smell of marijuana and my son ended up having breathing issues. The staff acted like they didn't know but several of us moms had complained so I know the cleaning staff and security all smelled it as well and no one choose to do anything. Until people started actually leaving to get their kids away from it.

The big concern I have is that the ART transit bus system will no longer be in service and this hotel does not offer a Disneyland shuttle. The first two days we walked to Disneyland and back and it was awful in the heat. We felt drained before we even got there. We love this hotel but will be staying at a different location next time we go to Disneyland that is closer to the park.

The breakfast was ok. It could definitely use some improvement with the quality of the food. We definitely had to seek other breakfast options as the kids didnt care for the food. Rooms were spacious. But could use some more hooks on the walls in bathroom to hang towels and places to put suitcases rather than on the floor. Room was very quiet and had plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed the pool, although the extra charge for the pool and breakfast is misleading when the description does say breakfast included. The fine print does mention the charge. The nightly charge to park a car is ridiculous, but seems to be in line with other hotels, just feel price gouged after paying the cost to stay in the room. The staff is very friendly and there are many food options that are close and the anaheim garden walk is a block away, which was nice. Staff was also super friendly.

Got to hotel early, still had to wait for our room, but the staff was very accommodating (traveling with 4 kids) and gave us our pool area wristbands so that the kids can be occupied while we wait. Got into our rooms, always clean(our 3rd time staying). Housekeeping came by daily to see if we needed any room service, we didn't but the attention to hospitality is incredible. Our room had a park view so we did get to see the fireworks from Disneyland (9:30p.m) Breakfast has a wide variety of options for any appetite. Food options from the lounge were also nice to have by the pool. The convenience of having Starbucks & other food locations was awesome! Last time we visited the hotel was formerly known as "Cambria" so the name change threw us off but the staff and environment stayed incredible. This hotel is great even for just a mini getaway with all the amenities on property. Continues to be my family's go-to spot in Anaheim!

If you have toddlers, it is a far walk from Disneyland (about 26 mins) so we had to Lyft/Uber. Other than that, my family and I very much enjoyed our stay. It had a big heated pool for the bigger kids/adults, a small pool for toddlers, sprinklers, and slides. Food was available on site and nearby. They had a decent selection of food for breakfast. Lastly, the beds were very comfortable! Thank you Anaheim Resort Suites.

Everything is a bit rough with the exception of the outdoor area which is fantastic. The room was fine but everything was just a bit busted - bathroom doors wouldn’t close all the way, none of the power outlets beside the beds worked, there’s a sink and fridge but no cutlery, towels or anything else to make a kitchen useful in the kitchen. The the pool area is awesome but I think for the price point, we would choose something different next time.

The room was very clean. The pool, hot breakfast, and proximity to the Disney parks were unbeatable. The kitchen had a full sized fridge and microwave, and a sink. The bathroom had a divider, which made it easier to share, but an opaque glass door into the bathroom which was annoying as it faced the sleeping quarters and was disturbing for different sleep schedules. The bedding and king bed were very comfortable. The kids mattresses were of varying comfort levels, and the pullout couch was very squeaky and uncomfortable. Overall, 5 of us were comfortable in the king/3 bunks room. The housekeeping was excellent!!!

Perfecto, nos dejaron hacer check in antes de la hora pactada. Limpieza 10/10. Bufet desayuno 8/10 ( falta un poco mas de variedad). Personal 10/10. Limpieza 10/10, parking 9/10 ( deberia ser mas economico. En general 9/10. Excenlente opcion 👍
