Our home is a newly constructed 3BR/2.5BA condo in a gated community, 1 mile from Disneyland and Convention Center. Watch fireworks from home and live in luxury with modern appliances and furnishings.
Discover thrilling amusement rides, watch lively parades and musical entertainment, and meet your favorite Disney characters. Stay for the spectacular fireworks show or view it from home on your private balcony.

You’ll have the best of both worlds at this condo. Enjoy unrivaled proximity to Disneyland (just 3 minutes drive), and the peace and security of a quiet, gated community.

For a baseball game, drive 9 minutes to Angels Stadium and munch on peanuts and cracker jacks as you route for the home team.

- 1 King bed, 2 Queen bed and 2 Bunker beds easily accomodates 9 guests.
- For safty reason, Age limit for top of bunker bed is 6 years old and above.

Disappointed in stay
do not believe what they say about this property being close to disneyland - it is not walkable. the drive is at least 10 minutes plus paying for parking at disneyland and taking the tram to disneyland on top of it all. they also did not have a crib or playpen so if you do have a little one - be sure to travel with one. the bunk beds are not safe for a toddler or infant. house was beyond hot - i was up with my baby every night because he was dying of heat. the thermostat does not work properly. cleanliness is also an issue - nothing was clean - there was mucus on the wall, spiderwebs everywhere. also, there were not enough towels - this says it can sleep 8 people but they give you 8 towels. one for each. overall not impressed. will not be booking another vrbo after this experience. host was very responsive and did check in on us but the property was just not great.

Very Convenient
The bedrooms were a little warmer than expected, but being from Arizona, we keep the A/C blasting. Otherwise it was a comfy stay, and very quick trips to and from Disney. Thank you ☺️

Good stay near Disneyland
It is a great location near Disneyland with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We really liked Urban Punjab restaurant. The house was as advertised - the sound proofing in the house was not great. But, other than that we did not have any complaints. We got prompt responses to all our queries.

Great, but I left my daughter left an item
It was a great experience, however my daughter left her AirPods. I told the property manager the AirPods were pinging at the property’s exact address. He told me the cleaning crew left at the exact time I sent him the message and they didn’t see them. I checked out on June 15th, it is July 3, the AirPods are still pinging to the property location. They moved around in the first two days, now they only ping at the property address.

Great home
My family and I loved this nice and cozy house we stayed. The property manager was great too. Very quick to respond any questions or need anything. Overall it was great . Close to Disneyland and few other locations. We enjoyed our stay. When we have another family vacation, will be renting this house again.

Prefect location for large family Disneyland trip
The overall experience was good. The communication with the property management was great. The size and location was prefect for our family trip to the Disneyland Parks. The only downside was the upstairs couch needed a good deep clean. But other than that everything was great.

Great condo!! We loved the layout and all of the space! Easy walk to Disney.. and seeing the fireworks from the window was a big plus! Fantastic place! Would definitely stay here again!
