Dear Eden Roc Inn & Suites Management,
I am writing regarding my stay on August 23 through August 24, 2025, confirmation number 49071700. I have stayed at your property before without issues, but this visit was extremely disappointing.
On August 23 at 5:58 PM I called the front desk to confirm my stay and ask about parking. I was told that with a handicap placard I would be charged half the normal rate. However, when I arrived, the same staff member insisted that since I booked through a third party, I would be charged the full rate. Only after I showed proof of my call did he admit it was him and comp the parking. While resolved, the handling left me feeling uneasy and misled.
That night, both my wife and I were bitten repeatedly by mosquitoes in the room, leaving each of us with more than ten to fifteen bites. This caused significant discomfort and ruined our day at Disneyland, where we were itchy and distracted the entire time.
The next morning, when I asked for a late checkout, I was told there would be a charge, despite it always being complimentary during my past visits. After the unpleasant night we experienced, it was frustrating to be told I had to pay extra for something that had previously been offered at no cost.
Overall, this stay was a negative experience from start to finish. I am requesting compensation, either in the form of a full refund or a credit toward a future stay. I hope you will review this matter seriously and respond with a fair resolution.
