「Place was absolutely perfect!! Hot tub was key after a day of skiing fat powder. Beds were super comfy. Tons of bedding and towels and warm blankets. Fireplace was great for drying gear. We had a small minor issue with the hot tub and the response was literally 10 minutes!! Can’t say enough great things about this place!! Would definitely stay again without a doubt.」

「Adequate space for our party of 4. The lift was fun. Curtains for the higher windows would’ve helped with the light, but not a big deal. We had an issue the first night figuring out the shower and it seemed our question was responded to by an auto attendant and not a real person. We figured it out eventually on our own, but if you had a real issue you might not reach an actual person. 」

「The location of this property was spectacular for walking to downtown Anchorage and the Coastal trail. It is quite spacious and has a partial view of Mt. Susitna and sunset. It has a very loud heating system. The kitchen amenities could be improved. The bathroom is small, no counterspace but functional with a nice shower. The condo was clean.」

「We were very disappointed. The view outside the balcony was totally obstructed by a large sliding glass window that was waiting to be installed, so we had no view from inside the living room to the outside. The shower walls had what appeared to be black mold on them along with orangish mold. The shower handle was displaced. The TVs were totally non-functioning. The washer and dryer were down the hall outside the unit, and you needed coins to operate - this was not relayed to us in the...
