The upper unit spans two levels and features soaring 20’ ceilings, mountain views, and an open-concept living area. It includes a spacious primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bath, two additional bedrooms with queen beds, and a fourth bedroom designed for kids with a full-over-full bunk bed, loft net, and rock climbing wall. Two queen air mattresses are available if needed.
The lower unit offers approximately 1,500 sq ft with its own private entrance, full kitchen, laundry, living area, and two bedrooms—one with a king bed and ensuite bath, and one with a queen bed. An additional queen air mattress is available.
Both units are externally accessed only (no shared interior spaces), providing privacy while still allowing everyone to stay together. Each unit has its own large private deck, overlooking a wooded bluff for a peaceful, secluded feel.

Events, weddings, photoshoots, retreats, or organized gatherings are not permitted without prior approval and a separate event agreement.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including both private units booked together as one stay. Each unit has its own private exterior entrance and is not internally connected, allowing groups to stay together while maintaining privacy.
The upper unit is accessed by a small set of exterior steps. The lower unit is accessed via an exterior stairway. There are no shared interior spaces.
Guests may use all indoor living areas, kitchens, laundry facilities, private decks, and designated parking areas. The property includes a large driveway accommodating up to 6 vehicles, with additional free street parking available. Garage use it not permitted.
Access details, smart lock instructions, and arrival information will be provided prior to check-in.

The property offers ample free parking, including a private driveway that fits up to six vehicles plus additional free street parking—ideal for large groups, retreats, and events.
Other Things to Note:
We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.
