Lovely mother in-law suite located a walk away from Downtown Anchorage. Open space layout. Washer and dryer include in unit. Ring security system with smart deadbolt lock for ease of entry and extra security. Bedroom has a large closet and king size mattress. Access to a large yard with firepit, Full kitchen, and 65 inch 120Hz tv for your entertainment. We will be honored to host your stay in Downtown Anchorage.

The apt. Is very cozy and accomodating. It is located in just the right spot within 5 min. Of shopping and downtown anch without all the noise. The side gate entrance could use some work tho.jus sayin.We will be back for sure!!

Our stay was ok to good. It was clean. We appreciated having a washer and dryer to use during our stay. The mattress needs to be updated. There was a neighborhood altercation that was a bit alarming.

Roomy, well appointed, convenient parking, great location for walking or driving downtown. If we ever come back, we would stay here again.

Delano promptly answered some questions before I even made the reservation, and was clear with easy check in and check out instructions.Smart lock worked with no issues and immediately upon entering, I could tell the place had been freshly cleaned and I was struck by how large the space is. There are many travel guides with recommendations on things to do in Anchorage. Lots of outlets and Internet worked well. The host lives upstairs but the suite is totally private and they were very quiet.Bathroom is well stocked with toiletry basics and even disinfectant. Towels and bathmats were plush, and the bed is on the firmer side, which I like. Did not need temperature control at all; the place remained comfortable for the 50-low 60s weather in late June. The neighborhood is quiet with not many people or cars passing by. 20-30 minute walk to downtown depending on how far you want to go, with bus stops very close by. Great place to stay for our 2.5 days sightseeing in Anchorage!

Wonderful Place at a Central Location

We really enjoyed staying at this property! The suite was charming and cozy, and was the perfect place to go back to after a busy day. It is just within walking distance of downtown, and the proximity to major roads/highways made it easy to access all of anchorage and beyond by car. The property manager was responsive, getting back to us within minutes when we had a question. A great property overall!

Great location

This place is a wonderful place to staycwhile exploring Anchorage. We were able to walk downtown and with a grocery store just a couple of blocks awat, we were able to have simple breakfast in home. Would recommend for any couple.

Within walking distance to downtown

We decided to stay her due to its proximity to downtown as we did not have a car. It was about a 20 minute walk to the Sydney Laurence Theatre. The property was large, clean and was well stocked. When I went to have a shower in the morning, I noticed there was no shampoo or soap. Owners brought that down after I contacted them. We both use CPAP machines and I needed to crawl behind the bed to use the outlet there in order for mine to reach the far side of the bed. Area was quiet and communication with the owners was good.
