Su ubicación es excelente para usar Anchorage como centro de operaciones en viaje de ocio. La propiedad requiere mantenimiento del piso en zona de la cocina principalmente, donde existen alguna piezas levantadas.

Be aware that this is a duplex in a part of town that isn't dangerous but is ugly. Marion. The unit is behind a Philly cheese steak shop and you wouldn't know that because there's no signage to differentiate between the front and the back. When I got there there were snow plows and an antique car ready to be rehabbed in the parking lot. One night, starting at about 10 p.m., that was removed with excavation equipment, leveling the property so that a storage container could be parked in the driveway. Here in the unit itself was clean and pleasant enough on the inside. The host is a sweetheart and very helpful. You will be comfortable enough but from the outside it looks like you walked into the wrong place.

The host didn’t provide exterior photos and access was blocked my more than 5 cars in front of multi-unit building. So it took a little time to figure out which side of business to park on. At check in, there were not enough sheets for guests on reservation. Host brought sheets for futon upon request. Water didn’t flow to shower head (requested now to get shower head to work - no response). No curtains; blinds are broken (missing slats), and missing strings to lower. Laid down at 10pm to sleep, but too bright in Alaska summer. Host in adjoining unit began a construction project drilling on what sounded like wall adjoining our unit’s kitchen intermittently from 10:30-11:15pm, and wouldn’t stop. When asked to stop, host said he was cancelling our reservation. Also many people screaming inside adjoining unit and outside (guests or family of host), after 10pm. I told him we wanted to stay, but we wanted to sleep. We felt unsafe, and I asked host if he was threatening us. He again said he was canceling our reservation, so we left.

The only downside was finding places for my service dog to explore and go to the bathroom. It was near food, gastation, books, groceries, and coffee.
