Winter Snow Removal
There is a company that comes by to plow the drive ways. After a snow fall, please park your car on the street to allow them access to the drive way or parking lot. We have a blue scoop shovel in the laundry room area, this shovel is for communal use. Please use it as you need to but return it to the laundry room, let us know if it has gone missing.

We love to accomodate our furry friends. Please make sure they are properly noted on your reservation. All pets in the unit must be potty trained. This does not include puppy pads. All messes are the responsibility of the owner, including cleaning up feces in the yard.
