「Overall I initially had a pretty good impression of the hotel and enjoyed the stay at first. However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet.
Unfortunately this made me very uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the room. Since there was no front desk available at that hour, there was no way to get immediate help or change rooms. After that it...

「Like: Great unit. It was clean, had kitchen necessities . Outstanding Location with water view from pool deck and a very cool downstairs tiki bar. Trolley to Clearwater outside entry.
Only dislike: no direct water access or dock. I felt like photo was pre hurricanes. 」

「Great place to stay with the family. Rooms were clean and spacious. Parking was easy. Walkable to many stores and restaurants. Very close to the beach, and the hotel has everything needed for your beach day: towels, chairs, umbrellas, floaties, and sand toys.」

「The Jade House is in an excellent location only a block from the beach and short walk to restaurants, shops, and bars. Communication with the management company was difficult through Expedia. Even when I called directly, one of the three client service agents was not helpful whatsoever. However, once I was given the number to text, communication was much better. The pool/ hot tub area is perfect. The house is very comfortable. Only decks are narrow (only stand); ocean view is from one of...
