Clemson Parents Weekend
Lovely condo with lots of privacy directly on Lake Hartwell and perfect spot to spend the weekend while visiting Clemson for Parents Weekend. Only 20 minutes from the stadium and away from the craziness of downtown Clemson. Enjoyed this super clean, spacious and comfortable condo especially the outdoor space.

Perfect in every way!
Our stay at Bart & Jennifer's lakeside townhouse on Lake Hartwell was nothing short of divine! What an incredible place - well appointed, luxurious high-end finishes and certainly what must be the best view of the lake! The primary suite waking up to those lake views was the most incredible way to start the day. Our hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They were responsive, have thought of everything and check-in/check-out was simple and easy. It's a hidden gem, and a destination we hope to book again for years and years ahead!

Family vacation and fishing tournament
We stayed for a week in the townhouse and brought a trailer and bass boat with us. The trailer fit easily in the garage just like Bart and Jennifer told us. The boat was kept in the slip right behind the house. It was so convenient for us. The house was right on the lake and was beautiful beyond words. We would definitely recommend anyone staying here. Loved the place and working with Bart and Jennifer.

Great quiet and clean condo!
We really enjoyed relaxing in this condo with great views of the Lake! We rented it for a clemson game, which was about 30min away without traffic. Walked around downtown Anderson too and had a great dinner at Sullivan's. Great location for fun on the lake or a football game!

Lake house retreat
We needed a place for homecoming weekend at Clemson and this condo fit the bill! Beautiful views, very lovely home with lots of space for all of us (total of 7 from 1 to 65). All the comfort of home. Hope we can stay again!

Great communication
The communication was excellent!! I had questions about the house and if it would work for us. Bart was quick to reply and helped us out in getting our boat and trailer situated for our stay. We were in town for the Highschool BASS National championship that launched out of Green Pond landing and this location is excellent and extremely close. Thank you for a great week!!

Excellent place to stay
You will LOVE this place. We did not want to leave! I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and this place got it right! The owner was easy to reach and very friendly. He checked on us to make sure everything was okay with our stay. The view from the back porch was beautiful and we loved sitting out on the back listening the lake sounds and birds singing. We could choose to sit in the covered area or the open area of the deck. We rented kayaks from Lake Hartwell Kayak and delivery and our place was so close to the lake it made it very convenient. The sitting area in the living room was plentiful and the kitchen was perfect for the nights we chose to stay in. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Lake Hartwell Home
We loved our stay at this beautiful home right on Lake Hartwell. The home is well appointed with nothing lacking. We were able to swim, boat, and fish essentially as soon as we woke up. We were able to take a short trip to take in downtown Anderson and Clemson and still had time for more R&R back at the lake. Highly recommend this home!

Great lake weekend with friends
This property is ideal for a gathering with friends. The back deck is great for being together, having snacks, cooking dinner, playing cards, having cocktails and watching the sunset. The water is beautiful and the convenience of having a place to dock your boat is also great. I recommend this place for a fun relaxing weekend.

Super nice lake townhouse
It’s rare that a listing in person is better than the pictures but that’s what we discovered. Well appointed and equipped. Very comfortable and cozy. Lake views were awesome and the beach and swim dock were well used by our kids. Our family was sad to leave. The owners were very attentive and personable. Would highly recommend this to any friend or family!

Perfect Clemson weekend getaway!
Short trip up to Clemson for last home game & this was the PERFECT place to stay - close to Clemson! It was super clean, clutter free, cutely decorated and a perfect size for everyone (6 of us) to have their own space. The only thing I would have changed is to stay longer! Maybe next time!

Perfect place to come and stay for a Clemson football weekend. The house is beautiful, very clean and in a great neighborhood. We had three couples and had plenty of room and especially enjoyed the back deck overlooking the lake. We didn't spend a lot of time in the home since we were going to the game and enjoying the Clemson restaurants, but could see this being a very relaxing getaway as well. The owners are very nice and quick to correspond. Hope to come back another time in the future.

This was a beautiful home that accommodated 12 of my family members, Jennifer was awesome to rent from, She gave me recommendation on restaurants, grocery store's and were to rent a pontoon boat from. My favorite part of the trip was relaxing in the Hammock. We will definitely rent this home again.

We stayed in the Lakehouse for our daughters graduation from Clemson. The owner was very accommodating to our family needs and very pleasant to work with. The house looks/feels new with a great layout. It is right on the lake with a beautiful view that you can easily see from a large back deck area. Part of the deck is covered which provides shade if needed. Lower patio with swing and use of ping pong table if desired. Very comfortable. Highly recommend this home!
