“We arrived to our beautifully appointed duplex situated in a stand of regal redwoods along with the trickle oof a garden with water feature. The bed the hot tub the coffee fridge and slippers and robes were some of the many thoughtful amenities that surprised and delighted! The most amazing value and a memory never forgotten! ”

Enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the waves. Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to disconnect. ”

“My friends and I stayed for a weekend to attend another friend's wedding. The place was clean and exactly what we needed. The only downside was that the bed off of the kitchen only had a curtain between the bed and the kitchen, but that was clearly known form the description of the property in the advertisement. All in all a good place to stay with friends for a weekend.”

“The room was perfect for us. It was nicely decorated. The bed comfortable and Melinda had lots of extras like coffee pods tea, oil butter jelly and my favorite was the fresh eggs. We got to relax in the spa too. If it was warmer I might of gone swimming in the pool outside our room. I would definitely stay again.”

“This is the perfect getaway place, right on the Mendocino Art Center campus with gardens around. The space is a good size, nicely furnished, and check-in and check-out are as easy as could be.”

“The photos do NOT do it justice. It is an art gallery with fantastic furnishings. Perfect to relax in and with a large desk to work at. Did I mention a fully stocked kitchebn and laundry room. I will be back. Location location location = Westside Ukiah (I am almost hate to write this review as it may alert too many folks to this great place.)”

“Spectacular views of the ocean. Cute little studio room with all amenities. The kitchen. Was great, full fridge, gas stove, shower, ceiling fan and good air flow. The owner is a retired construction contractor so the place is nice. We loved the conversation starter questions left for us which we used instead of watching TV”
