Villaggio Colombo V4 is a 42 m², three-room masonry-built holiday villa in Andora (SV), ideal for a relaxing getaway. It has a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom, sleeping up to 4 guests. Amenities include satellite TV and air conditioning in the living room. Wi-Fi is available only in communal areas. Heating, if needed, is payable on site. A high chair, cot, microwave and hairdryer are available on request for an extra fee. Shared facilities include a coin-operated washing machine and reception open during business hours.



The highlight is the private outdoor area with a garden, covered terrace, playground and outdoor shower. Shared facilities include a pool with parasols (open weather permitting, generally from mid-May to late September), a children's pool, playground and tennis court.



The property is about 1.6 km from the sea, on a beautiful hillside above Andora, within 25,000 m² of grounds surrounded by olive and mimosa trees. The nearest supermarket is about 1 km away. The holiday village is easily reached from the nearby motorway.



One unguarded parking space is available. One pet is welcome free of charge. A second pet is allowed for a small extra fee, payable on arrival. The property is under new management. Please follow the waste-sorting rules; check these with the owner on arrival.



Beds are made on arrival. Bathroom linen is available on site.



The security deposit is refunded on departure after the accommodation has been inspected.
