「+: good equipment, clean room, in the center of commercial area so if you like shopping it is perfect location. -: the location is too noisy and crowded, so not good for people who want to have a relax trip. the staff who welcome us never smiles; she seems just want to finish talking with us as soon as possible, and she did not look at our eyes at all during the talk.」

「The hotel is ok. But Expedia chested us. When we book , it was written including breakfast even the confirmation email. But then hotel said not. Then I contact Expedia. They promise to refund me the price. When we reply them with the invoice excluding breakfast. They replied us they don’t give breakfast. We have to pay ourselves. From beginning to end, they cheated us twice. I gonna use law to claim it . Ideally not for little money but to let them do not cheat others. 」

「Las instalaciones son impresionantes, estuvimos en la suite familiar, superamplia tanto la habitación como el cuarto de baño, muy completos. En cuánto a limpieza no la he puntuado muy positiva porque debajo de la cama encontramos envoltorios y cajas vacías de juguetes, y por el suelo de la habitación pequeños cristales. Aparte de eso, todo perfecto con excepción del spa, viajamos con dos niñas de 3 y 8 años, la pequeña no podía entrar por edad y con la mayor no pudimos porque el horario...

「櫃台服務人員很親切有禮貌，讓人覺得很舒服。 早餐也不錯，尤其當一邊用餐一邊看著窗外飄著雪的時候。 旅館在老安道爾最繁榮的大街上，所以逛街購物用走路就可以完成。 一樓大廳有燒著木頭的壁爐，讓來自沒有下雪地區的我們特別有感覺。」

「Great little hotel in the middle of Vella. Perfect base for a few days skiing with a hire car. Connected internally to the 4 star Mecure, you have the use of a lovely swimming pool, decent gym and sauna and a really good buffet breakfast. Such good value for money even if the decor is a little dated. Room was comfy and spotlessly clean. Would return 100% if visiting for a few days skiing and needing a good value, comfortable and located base. 」

「Niestra habitac 306 super cómoda. Dos camas de matrimonio y espaciosa. Eramos 2 pax. Para nuestro gusto el armario tendria que ser mas grande. La ducha es sencilla para un hotel de 4*. El personal correcto de recepcion, bar, comedor y limpieza. Uno de los ascensores estaba roto y la piscina con el spa, uno de los chorros del spa no funcionaba. El agua del mini bar es gratuito, cosa que no sabiamos. Lo unico la piscina estaba llena a rebosar de gente, incluso habian familias que desvestian a sus...
