"It was fine. Room was very nice. Unfortunately, this morning a roach made an appearance in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was really nice."

"There was poor service , the hotel is under renovation and I didn’t have a room key. I either had to stay in my room or go to the front desk everytime I wanted to get back in my room. The WiFi did not work. I continuously was woken up because there was no do not disturb signs. Also when I went to check out , I had to wait 15 min because no one was at the front desk. "
